Josmarie is amazing if I had to bail someone out again I would use them in fact they were the only ones that answered their phone and actually did something I called an email and texted so many bondsman none of them answered and none of them replied this lady not only answered but she took my payment on the phone sent me the documents by DocuSign for me to sign and she did this and she didnt even know that I had a disabled granddaughter she was so nice to me that I was actually able to call myself down because of her thank you thank you thank you for making a really hard time a little bit easier

First and foremost. MOST employees here are amazingly great people you can just tell. But I felt they deliberately held a bond I paid for someone for hours. I waited more than the time they originally stated. They wont care about this review Because they make their money regardless but figured Id share. Ask the right questions and if you feel they wont deliver shop around for other places.

These are the best people you could ask for help when you need it. Both my fiance and I needed a bondsman for charges out of Hillsborough County, and they were able to take care of us here in Orange County.I did the self arrest or walk through, they call it for myself, where I showed up to their office at 8am, paid the bond, then they escorted me across the street and I was back out by 3 pm.My fiance was already detained in Orange County on another charge, but was do for court the following day, so what they did was have me fill out all the paperwork the same time I was there, that way once he was out of court the next morning they could post the bond and get him released rather than wait for Hillsborough to come and get him.Not only did they do this for me, but Kyle even went and posted the bond four hours before I showed up with the cash. He also accepted half of the money up front and allowed us to pay it in the following weeks.Absolutely AMAZING!! I will never use anyone else..hopefully I wont have to. Thank you guys!!

Ive never had a bondsman that didnt notify me when they is an upcoming court case. They send me a letter 15 days after I missed my court date. Not professional at all. Then they tell me its not their priority to call but it definitely is when youre looking for me. Ended up paying an extra $62 just to get them to reverse the warrant from the judge. A complete scam. Find yourself a trustworthy bondsman not out here to get you in more trouble and out of your money.
