Unfortunately I found myself needing a bond company to get my son out of Volusia county jail. I had called many other bondsmen who were incredibly rude, or far too expensive. Chelsa went above, far above what I had expected from a bonding company. She actually cared about what I was going through as a mother worried frantic. When others had insisted upon the whole % for my sons bond, Chelsa was kind enough to work with me and what I could do financially. She drove over an hour, late at night to come to where I was for the paperwork and then proceeded immediately to the jail to get my sons bond posted. She did not hesitate. She has worked out a payment plan and sends me reminders, there have been a couple times when I could only make a partial payment because the pandemic forced me to close my business and my income has plummeted. Chelsa makes sure I am aware of upcoming court appointments, the courts often forget to send notices, but because of Chelsas texts we knew to be there. Saying that she has great customer service doesnt do her justice, shes a real person who really cares about her clients. She treats you with dignity and kindness in situations when others make you feel judged and ashamed.
