Great service, Carlos was amazing, and decent waiting area with amenities. Had the AC recharged and oil change. Unfortunately the only issue was a fan motor part not in stock and took longer than I hoped or they would get a 5 star review. Thanks for the repairs and amazing customer service.

Im just over Coggin Honda. Theres no communication. They messed up my gas gage after replacing fuel pump and I spoke to them ahead of time to make arrangements for a loaner and I get there and I was sent to Enterprise and waited over an hour because they had no idea. I just dont understand 😕. No accountability whatsoever. Im going to take it up with corporate and see if I can transfer my services to a different Honda dealership. I was thinking of upgrading my car, but Ill do more research and go somewhere else.
Currently here for a scheduled appointment. Shared the diagnostic review would take 1-2 hours. 3 hours later, I had to flag down a manager and my wife called and left a message...finally received a TEXT to alert me the the inspection is complete. Now they are asking me to select /approve items to be worked. It seems that someone dropped the ball and forgot to connect with me to alert me earlier. My question is why? Who knows, there could have been a resolution quicker and now Im in a position where time is not on my side. This is unacceptable.
Sales Rep David was a jerk. Totally inexperienced and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Never in my life was I treated the way I was today. Cannot do business with crooks like David.

Had a second appointment today. My first appointment was in the middle of the day. All I wanted was an oil change for my new 2021 Pilot. Service manager could not guarantee that I would be out in 2 1/2 hours so I left. He suggested that I make a 7:00 am appointment which I did. Came for the 7:00 am appointment. Got there at 6:45 am. I was the fifth person in line. Needed to be out by 9:30 am. Service person was not able to guarantee that again so I left. They sell so many cars there they can’t conveniently take care of there service customers even for routine maintenance.

In the ten years that I have owned Honda, I have never had such poor service. Really disappointed in Honda, the only good thing was the transportation directed by a very professional man and you could noticed that he does an outstanding job, thanks to him you got three star instead of one because I couldn’t give less
Fixed my airbag recall issue, added a free inspection and drive-through car wash, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Professional and polite. Love them.

I had an appointment, but I was told there would be up to a 2hr wait even tho I arrived on time - all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation.... happily, it only took an hour. The waiting area was comfortable and free snacks were @ the ready for visitors. Chairs were right next to each other. People tried to spread apart, leaving @ least 1 chair separation, still well within 6ft of each other. BRUCE, MY SERVICE GUY, WAS SUPER HELPFUL. Hes a great representative for Honda.

This place is horrible. Went here for a oil change and made a appointment online, i got here 30 minutes early before the appointment and still i have to wait 2 hours for a oil change. Waited the 2 hours exactly then they took my car in to do the oil change, all this time for something that can be done in 15 minutes
Just came today for an oil change. It shows open until 7 pm. Sosad to say that they wont take walk-in after 4 pm. And I was told it is going to take 3.50 hours wait for just changing oil.....that too only for those who have appointments....

3/17/2021: I’ve been going here for almost 4 years since I moved to Orlando and now it’s time for a change. The wait time and actual service has become horrendous, yesterday spent 6 hours with an APPOINTMENT, almost 300 dollars for an oil change, a wheel alignment for the third service in a row and over $200 diagnostic charge for the AC that was intermittently blowing cold air when I brought it in. 6 hours later (because somehow Honda service technicians can’t figure out an AC problem ON A HONDA) I leave at 1:45pm with an AC that is now blowing ONLY hot air and a steering wheel that is shaking with the car veering off aggressively to the left on the highway.To make matters worse, when I call back to express the complete disappointment, I have the call abruptly ended by Fadi, the service manager, who promised to call back later in the day with a solution. No return call came (hence why I am writing this review the following morning at 8am) as he decided it’s better to only half do his job and leave a customer looking elsewhere. I called this morning for Bob the GM to resolve the matter offline, but apparently the general manager doesn’t come in until after 9am and there is nobody else who can help in his absence. Businesses should realize that customer service (especially after you royally screw up on multiple fronts) is and always should be the #1 priority.Update 3/17/21 (4pm): Spoke to Ed, the general manager, who was not helpful at all nor does he feel like he should hold his service managers accountable for awful customer service and blatantly lying to the customer when put on the spot in front of the boss. When you call Coggin they say they record the calls, but according to Ed they dont record calls so no way to verify the numerous lies coming from his service team. Furthermore, its NOT ok to charge someone $200 AND give them a car back in worse condition than when it was brought in under any scenario.

Service was on spot and Mathew was professional and polite as usual, but I am disappointed by the lack of social distancing in the theatre area some of the chairs should have been removed to create more space between customers. Also missed the donuts but I understand.

So long time to oil change
WASTE of time to do service in this place. Is the second time that I have the same inconvenience in this place. First time they put in the system the wrong milage so I started receiving phone calls from different companies offering extended warranty (my car had 16k miles at that time) that day we waited over two hours. Today waited over an hour past the scheduled time and they didnt do nothing. Excuses excuses excuses (we only have two people doing service). Im not going back to this place.

Great costomer service. Was attended once i got to the service entrance and i didnt have an appointment. Explained what i needed done to my car and they completed all my request. Recommend this service center for anything done to your honda vehicule.

Worst service ever! Nicholas Barbour has no sense of customer service at all. What a waste of assets to a service outlet. I came in for an oil change, he greeted me with a sarcastic remark when I said I had an appointment. He then did not bother to explain to me my options and brushed me off to the waiting area. He took down my phone number and texted me messages but I do not recall signing a paper saying it’s ok to send me update messages. Finally, he comes in to call me for the car and so rudely points at me asking me to get up and come to him only to hear that the car isn’t even ready yet. The best part is when I asked for the couresty report they provide and he said “I texted it to you” and got annoyed because I asked for a paper copy. Comes and hands me the paper copy and walks away. Is the customer supposed to figure out what needs to be fixed in the car? Oh and wait for it, I cash out and walk out the service doors and here I am walking around the huge lot of cars pressing the panic button searching for my car until another man approaches me and asks me if I need help but Nicholas is no where to be found. My car was still parked in the service area and he didn’t even care to let me know when he gave me the keys back or care to pull it around to the front even though the front of the service doors was empty. If I wanted poor/mediocre service I would have went to Firestone. Such a disappointment for such a loyal Honda customer. Definitely will not recommended or come to this place again.

TERRIBLE ATTENTION! Juan one of the vendors was rude and its not the first time! It was my right to claim because the car came with factory damage ... and I paid for everything in less than 1 year. And in the end he offered me to make an exchange and pay another difference !!! Dont accept and it was rude! It is the worst place to buy cars. The attention is bad and the secretary the same. If you go make sure you let them talk !!
