I live 30 minutes from this location and I called before I came and the lady told me if I arrived at 4:00 o’clock that I would be fine well I arrived at 3:45 and they did not take me as usual! I don’t even know why I called because this has happened several times! They do not honor their word!!! They don’t care about good customer service!!

Most of the staff has really good customer service. However, there are a few ones that are very arrogant and unhelpful. Sadly, the arrogant ones that I came across are in leadership positions, the assistant manager, for example.For instance, she would not process my paperwork because my Z looked like a 2, and she is seems very passionate about proving people wrong. In another situation.However, what really made right this review was this: They are supposed to call you on your phone number when its your turn to be help. I was sitting in my car for hours waiting for their call. I decided to go inside to check my place in line. Despite not having any record of the call or a voice message, they simply told me that I had lost my place in line for not answering their call. I showed them my call records, I didn’t have a call from them, at all. They told me it was not their problem because they had called me. But did they? So, I asked why didn’t you leave a voice message, I would had known they called me if they did so, even though my phone didn’t ring.Showing a complete lack of empathy, compassion, and good customer service skills. The assistant manager said they were too busy to leave me a voice message, and I would have to come back the next day because she “called me” They really didn’t care about the hours I spent waiting for their assistance.It seemed to me that they were trying to reject as many deals as they could to get out work on time. They really didn’t care about the hours I spent waiting for their help.I do not recommend OATA to anyone. Unfortunately, there are not that many options for car dealers in Orlando.
This company has helped us grow as a business so much. They have made it much easier for us than we expected. Always there for us when needed and kind. Can’t go wrong using this company. They are always available to us.

The best thing I did as a new dealer was sign up with OATA. I knew nothing about Title Paperwork. I wanted to learn myself instead of paying someone else to do it for me. I just signed up with OATA a little while ago and they have been amazing. Sissy Fornili is extremely helpful! Always responds to your call. She saved me so much work and stress on an issuance that had gotten rejected by the DMV, she told me it would be taken care of and next thing I knew the issuance got approved.

3 weeks and they never processed one title work..I called every week and of course it takes over 29 minutes and 8 attempts (if lucky to get someone to answer).because it is a cash deal they dont process it unless you are there..I went their upon their request and sat for 1:30 hr then the agent went to lunch...I had to leave and go back to work ..3 hours later they called to ask if I am still around..and because I cant come back right away they have to avoid it and start over when i come back...i asked them to call when they are ready to process again so i can go there...another week passed by and none called ..i called again to find out they could not even locate the title....THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE MESS.
Sissy constantly goes out of her way to be helpful and is very knowledgeable. Always answers the phone when you need help, and if she doesnt have the answer gets right back to you with it.

Dropped off title over 2 weeks ago. Was told that usually it takes 3-5 days…. Then it changed to “we are short of staff” might take longer. Ended up paying for fast title.

If there was i would not think twice, as of matter of fact i would give a number 10!I have opened my business as a car dealer and Alexandra Rios account manager in this location has been An excellent help throughout the process of setting up our dealer account, not only the set up process but in addition she has answered every question i have had, in a professional, knowledgeable, accurate, and productive way. Also shes done what she can Every time we contact her to better assist us, if there was something she did not know or was not her department she has gone above and beyond to still seek the information and got back to us. Over all a great example of a professional agent. We continue to learn this industry as we go and at times is hard to find pleasant people in it to even help when its their job but it feels like Alexandra Rios just does it because she enjoys it. Evertime I order inventory such as Off Highway decals im given 5 to 10 decals and they say my order will be sent to me later. I never receive it. Also tags that are supposed to be delivered to Agency 10 are never there. I am the only Finance Manager at our dealership and Ii cannot leave the dealership every day yo see if inventory has been delivered. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
OATA is my go to. I have been working with them for almost 4 years now and they have always been able to get the work done. I would recommend them.
Due to Covid this is one of the few places available to get a quick title, but the staff is rude and not resourceful. I went there for the same title work three times and every time it was something different; people that are not working with you will come and have an input when they haven’t even looked at the paperwork. They make slick comments in front of the customer like your not there. Is being rude a requirement to work here? I had only asked the same questions each time I had been there? What exactly do I need because every time I come there is always a different answer. The assistant manager commented to the clerk I just don’t help people like this I tell them to go home. Not the first comment just shows the lack of knowledge or organization when there is no consistency in answers to the customer.
My experience at this location has always been good. As soon as I walk in to the door there is a customer service agent waiting to help me. A matter of fact sometimes two of them will speak to me immediately, asking if I need help and what they can do for me. I sign in and before I even take a seat my number is called. Theyre really quick. I appreciate their expedience and professionalism.
The Orange tag for us Dealer was the better idea. We have fast job on each job title. No lines. And all the employees Is super nice!!

LOVE THIS TAG AGENCY! I am a dealer in New Smyrna Beach and I use this agency to process all my deals. They are not for public use, only for dealer use. I am in a different county but they ROCK! I highly recocomend if you are a dealer and want to cut out trips to a tag office. I can email or call and they are always there to assist me. When I need new metal plates or temp tags they are always speedy and the service is always great, professional and outstanding. People who dont wanna work. Excuses to make a appointment. They give you a number to call, but no answer. Forcing you to go online. They should have let people in at least 10 at a time or something. .but no they have people sitting there being pretty. Easy job,easy life.

I admit, I was very surprised when I tried to contact the Tag Agency by phone during the pandemic. However, I was utterly amazed and pleasantly surprised that my call was answered on the 2nd ring!!!! Ms. Jennifer patiently walked me through the process/steps that was needed in order to complete a tag transaction by drop off. After following her instructions, a couple of days later, I crossed my fingers and called again for a status update. Again, she answered!!!! Within minutes, she provided an update on the transaction. What I thought would be a long wait on the phone, both times, proved to me that this tag office is DEFINITELY A 10+ WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN DURING THE PANDEMIC! I went there to do my paperwork since they say that they accept the first walk in 20 people I waited from 7am to 8am the time they open and after all a manager came out and refused to do any work for me and say they can’t do it on Monday!!! They saw me waiting outside for 1 hour and there was people inside all time no one even bothered to tell me something they just wanted me to wait for nothing unbelievable!!!!! I can’t see worse than that !!
Im not giving any rating on this location ! but i see that this tag office only does business with car dealers ! first thing ! you should have a separate area for these tag office employees doing transactions online for dealers where the public waiting to be served dont see them ! 2nd ! does this office have signs informing the general public about the services ! 3rd ! i know orange county changed their services to orange county residents only, each county tag office serves only their residents .so whats the big deal, this office should have tag services for the general public residing in orange county ! also one tag office employee responded to a review that the tag office on sandlake road is around the corner !sorry but the tag office is not around the corner ! its a long distance from this location !
Terrible place, many workers there doing nothing and the public waiting and waiting. Thank you for making us wait for nothing and tell us this now after having us wait in vain. You should have called me and said that from the moment I checked in, not now. but anyway I keep saying that they have very bad attention, it is a terrible place and the attention is pessimistic and if they do not attend to the public, they should sign a poster saying it.

Terrible terrible nightmare in regards to the waiting time. One person helping the public and the office full of people laughing and talking and doung everything else other than taking care of business. Ridiculous. Zero stars. The manager or supervisor just walking around and do nothing about it.
30 employees in the area and 4 customers. Long waits while the employees were sitting around doing nothing. Efficiency is unheard of here.

I went to renew tag and it was very easy a fast.
When you google this address you get a shady overcrowded strip mall or a crappy apartment complex. Depending on if you use maps or street view. If you call this place they say they do not serve the public and hang up on you. For some reason this rude business that does not serve the public is linked to auto tag locations on the Fla DPS website. Since they do not serve the public they have no problem treating you like garbage.
Horrible place be prepare to sit and wait hours and hours .... forget about if they are in lunch time this place is ridiculous shame on them ....With 15 people joking around sharing their histories but not working ....

Went in about a month ago Everyone was nice but the lady that was the owner was very rude and racist I was at the counter finishing up paperwork and the owner came in telling everyone to not speak Spanish in front of the customers and giving employees a dirty look as well to me felt very uncomfortable and really feel bad for them employees I well take my Business elsewhere
Only two clerks waiting on about 20 people waiting. Saw six people working on computers in the public area not waiting on anyone.

I am currently here and have been for 50 minutes. I have counted 13 employees and only 2 have been calling customers. There have been 2 huddles of 4 employees joking around with 1 customer. There were 4 people waiting in front of me who have long gone yet no ones helping anyone!🙄
