I have taken all my work trucks here to be worked on and have been very happy with the service price and professionalism that Jay and his staff have given me. It is hard to find a good service mechanic let alone one thats honest and only does the work that is truly needed. Ive been taking my cars here for years. Great mechanic shop and affordable! They also sell used cars with warranty and cheaper than all of the car lots in the area.

I own a 2003 BMW 325i. The staff is very knowledgeable. Jay does not try to sell you services he knows you do not need. I believed I needed all my brakes, rotors, and pads changed out but after a complimentary inspection, he told me I was good for another 2000 miles, my rotors were still good, and only my front brakes needed to be changed. Any other big name dealer would have jumped on the opportunity to change everything for the sake of safety and performance. I am a college student at UCF not a Formula One driver and Jay is willing to work with average joes and their average wallets.

My mom took her car to Jay 3 months ago. While we opted to not have the repairs done as the transmission/engine repair were more than the car. Shortly after the car disappeared from the lot. After getting the run around, Jay finally confessed he had to car in another yard (it was parked abandoned on the street a few blocks away apparently) and allowed us to send a tow truck for it.We finally got it back-- only to discover Jay or his people destroyed the front driver side fender while it was in their custody and refuse to take responsibility for the damage his people did to the car in his care.My family had used jay as a mechanic on our cars since 2001, but after this incident we will never EVER recommend him or trust him with anything.

I had my Camry Head replaced with the new LED daytime running light. I installed them myself, but I just need the wires to connected to the DRL . I shop around and EuroJap was the cheapest price around and no up charge or services from Jay! Thanks for your help! I just found out that they are selling cars at wholesales prices! Ill be buying my next car here and pay wholesale, not retail price!

It was my very first time coming here. Came for a transmission repair that ended up taking 3 months to actually finish then my car broke down at a red light for the same problem .When I told them no one was trying to take responsibility for what happened jso I will ask for my money back and to put my transmission back in was giving my money back but my transmission was not put in had to get my car towed to another shop and come back myself during work to get my own transmission even though I brought it to them with the transmission in and fully functioning except for the reverse also the transmission that i recieved wasnt mines it had a hole in the pan and the was all dented up like its been dropped (took pictures). There customer service was very poor .
