My car broke down. I tried to contact them to see if I could tow to this location. The service department would not tell me if they had a yard or not, or if they accepted vehicles that couldnt start. It was a basic question that was never answered and ended up consuming my entire day waiting to tow. They kept referring to a specalist that never got back to me.

I bought a 2017 Giulia Ti back in late 2017 at Greenway Fiat here in Orlando Florida, and just a couple days later, my car started giving me some computer errors that disabled a few driving features like the dynamic driving mode and the start-stop function. I went back to the dealership for them to take a look, but a couple days later, it happened again, and again, and again. By the 5th time it happened, I’ve started talking about the Florida Lemon Law with my services associate, to which that day they, “fixed it. Well, Im not so sure because a few months later, I slowly realized that my car wasnt doing the start-stop thing anymore and also my rear window defrost system was not working. I think they just disconnected those feature in order to fix the major computer error and also to “buy time”.In addition to all that, a couple months ago, one of my rear tires exploded while I was driving. When I took a closer look, I was shocked to realize that these nearly brand new Pirelli Run-Flat tires were totally destroyed on the inside—all 4 tires at the same time. Once again, I went back to the dealership because it looked more to be as a result of an alignment issue than a regular degradation issue, and also because they performed an alignment service 7000 miles before the incident. Here is what they said:  ...the tires were already wearing a certain way and although that alignment is meant to help the tires wear better it looks like the damage was already done.” Basically, I just needed to somehow buy 4 new tires. First of all, they never mentioned that my tires were showing any abnormal degradation, (once again, they were trying to buy time) and most importantly, this abnormal tire degradation has to be something related to the alignment specs, or at least because of a problem with the car. There is no way for a user to be able to generate this kind of degradation by themselves. I can send you pictures. This is not normal. This degradation is only on the inside of the tires, I didn’t notice them because from the outside these tires look brand new. And the worst part of all this is that I have no way to avoid this to happen again since they said there is nothing to fix.Anyway, after several weeks negotiating with them, and they insisting that there is nothing to fix, I paid for the new tires because they denied any responsibility. So this will happens again? Can you imagine how bad in shape a tire has to be to explode due to wearing issues at such a low mileage? Is my car safe?Today, my car still doesn’t have the start/stop feature and the rear window defrost functions working; my door seal fell apart in pieces and they don’t want to cover it because, “it is not due to a factory defect”. They had my car for 6 weeks and after I picked it up, the oil change light was still on, although they said they did the oil change. Also, one of the front floor mats was missing, somebody over there vandalized my car and changed it for one from another car/brand.Unfortunately buying an Alfa Romeo from Greenway Fiat has been the worse decision I have ever mad. I had issues with my car starting the very first week I bought it, issues that are still around because of their incapacity to resolve them. My car developed an abnormal tire wearing issue that they don’t know how to fix. They are always willing to interprete the warranty against you. They are always looking for a way to “buy time” so the complaints become too old.Guys, all this is about trust and the warranty behind the brand; My previous car was a BMW 330xi. I actually drove BMWs for 26 years with no issues, and I remember the Greenway Fiat sales associate telling me that Alfa Romeo had the “same coverage” that BMW offers. Well, not even close. With Greenway, there is always a reason why nothing is covered. Service after service, there is always a problem and always a weird excuse. After 2 years, I’m convinced they not only don’t have the right personal, but also are not professionally prepared to be behind a brand like Alfa Romeo.

There all day 11-7. They make it so hard to buy a car... Forget any help from finance on a call back. Can not reach the finance people. Either they do not have voice mail set up or they simply will not answer calls.

Purchased a used 2017 500 Abarth out of state. Brought it in for oil change and met Casey. I let him know the history of the car and he inspected the car and fixed anything needing repair under warranty. He’s so helpful and goes out of his way to care for my vehicle, outstanding service.

This is a service department under Greenway Fiat. I recommend to individuals who prefer honesty and integrity to not bring their car to be serviced here. The so call manager, Bryan, is incompetent and doesnt have the slightest idea of what customer service entails to say the least. Theres no point on create an appointment since theyll tell you over the phone its 45 min and you end up waiting a whole day for your car. They will not fully disclose the issues your car has. I am not sure if it is a business mechanism to steal consumers money or their lack of skill.

Took the Fiat in for significant short in the BCM circuit, no Blue&Me, and a flashing odometer. Took them 6 days to complete diagnostic to decide both the BCM and CTM were shorted out, one day to replace both, and two more days to check to “make sure the short in the BCM circuit had was gone”. I finally got the car back after 9 day and $1900 only to find the short in the BCM circuit is still there. Blue&Me is working and the odometer isn’t flashing but I can’t start the car after letting it sit for 2 days. Convinced they don’t know what they are doing. Very frustrated and would not recommend to my worst enemy.

They have no idea what they’re doing or how to fix a car. The manager is beyond rude and won’t help with anything. My car is about 2 years old now and I’ve had to come to get it fixed more than 20 times. They keep my car 6-8hrs or sometimes weeks and do little to nothing to it. I honestly can’t say one good thing about this place.
