Honestly horrible customer service. I called about a raccoon being in my backyard. It’s literally the size of a full grown dog and may have babies under my shed. I was told I would be contacted by someone on call and almost a whole day passes and still have yet to hear from anyone. My children play in the backyard everyday and because of poor customer service and lack of communication from this company, They are not able to play outside safely as per usual.

My daughter kept telling me she could hear noises coming from a space above the kids bedroom, but I never heard it when I went in there to listen. There was a weird smell coming from the area, so there was some animal there. Not wanting to take any chances, I called these guys up. Long story short, we had a squirrel-free crawlspace just three days later. The kids loved seeing the squirrels in the cages too and the technician answered all of their questions.

So, during that most recent storm my family and I decided to be safe and go into our basement area where we have created a little storm shelter to protect us in case of severe weather. What we did not know was that a raccoon had done the same exact thing. It had built itself a little nest in there. We had not been in there in a while, and were surprised to see the raccoon when we entered the little shelter. Needless to say, all of us were quite afraid.It was the first time that we had decided that our safety from the storm was far less important. We ran out of their. The next morning we called and found this service who could help us to get rid of the raccoon. They were able to do just that. Captured and removed the raccoon. Even showed us an area where the raccoon was getting in and helped to remove that spot so that it could not or any other raccoon could not get back in. They also recommended a great cleaning service to protect us from getting sick from the raccoon debris. That was really pretty cool. Raccoon problem resolved. Now we can feel safer about entering our storm shelter in the future.

I called this place for help because a squirrel is living in my walls. I was told at 2 AM that I would get a call back shortly and it’s been 5 hours and nothing. Thanks for “calling back shortly”

I’d already spent a few hundred bucks with another company so I was less than impressed when they left and I still had bats in my attic. Called this company for advice on whether the last one had done a good job, they came out and took a look, and fixed the lot. I had to pay twice, but this company actually got the job done.
