Best place to leave your car for travel, I have used them Every-time I fly out of Orlando and their service is always great. Their quick and friendly reminder wear your mask while on transit to the airport it is still a requirement. All of the spaces are covered and charge is not expensive 8$ a day

Just parked today with our electric car. They have J1772 and Tesla chargers. They say they have 110 as well but I didn’t see any. We are parked right up front and before we could even get all the bags out of the car the shuttle was there. They loaded our bags and even unloaded them at the terminal. Definitely will be parking here again.

I have been a customer here since 2009. Shuttle drivers are very personable and courteous. All parking spaces are covered. I once needed a jump start after returning from a trip and this staff came to my rescue. On another occasion I somehow left my car keys on one of their shuttle buses, and the driver (Mr. Phillip) had already submitted them to the front office. Likewise, if you are a club member of AAA, you can receive a discount. I highly recommend FastPark&Relax.

Fast Park and Relax at Orlando Airport is the most economical, easiest parking weve ever encountered. You can secure your dates online. You earn points with their free card. The parking is covered. The shuttle bus is right at your car by the time youre parked and unloaded so you get to the terminal quickly and easily. They are also easy to find at the airport when you return. Personnel are courteous and efficient. Price is best we ever encountered at an airport. All in all a great experience. We highly recommend Fast Park & Relax MCO which is exactly what you do!

EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND. Very convenient. Drivers were friendly and helpful. They write down your parking spot so you wont forget it. The van was already there at the airport when we returned. We left one minute later and went directly to our car. Super service.

Very fast and reliable, no matter how late your flight arrives or how early is departs. The drivers are courteous and help you load your bags and they are quick to answer the phone when you call. Reasonable prices with a rewards program and a safe covered lot to park your car for days at a time. I haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Very easy to make reservations on-line at Fast Park . Close to airport, drivers are very friendly and caring, pick up was good just walk to pickup location and wait for bus, dropped us off at car and put luggage in trunk. Paid at checkout booth. Simple!

To be honest this place is the best one out in the MCO area. The place is clean well lit at night all the parking spots are under a metal roof. Price is very fair and the people I dealt with were very polite. Compared to other places this place is literally night from day. I just came in from overseas and from when the driver pulled out from MCO. To the time I was driving out the gate in my truck maybe 25/30 minutes tops. I will for sure use them again & would recommend them.

It was so quick and easy. I read many reviews about many places before choosing you. When we arrived the shuttle was waiting at our parking spot before we got there! And then on the way back the shuttle was there about 30 seconds after we arrived at the designated spot. Our flight was delayed about an hour so I was a little concerned about the time but there were zero issues. I would definitely use you again in the future. Your name suits you!!!!!

Was quoted $28.51 for 3 days 10 hours on their estimate for my reservation. Charged $38 upon checkout. Was told thats an estimate and its 9.50 a day. 9.50 a day, fair enough, put that on the website or on the estimate. They appear to round down one day on the estimates and round up one day at checkout. Besides this a good experience.

Easy process signing up and reservation online.Efficient onsite operation. I experienced No waiting for pick up from parking aisle to go to Airport at 4 am. Likewise, on return at 10:30 PM Shuttle was at the Ground Transportation parking spot as advised.

This company was great. We parked, unloaded our luggage and the shuttle was right there and within 10 minutes we were at the airport.Coming back we called and within 10 minutes the shuttle was there to bring us back to our car. No walking at all and very helpful. The price was great and so easy to pay and head home.

I had a great experience. I contacted customer service and got a quick, friendly, and thorough response. Finding the location was easy, the person who greeted me at the gate was helpful, and parking was a breeze. I need EV parking which is the main reason I chose Fast Park and there were plenty of charging spaces available. I was picked up right at my car and helped with my luggage. The shuttle dropped me off right at my airlines door. Parking could not have been easier or better. Upon return, I had to call three times - I got a recording that hung up on me twice and I was a little concerned, but the third call went through and I waited approximately 10 minutes for a shuttle. I was helped with my luggage getting on the shuttle, and I was dropped off right at my car, again with luggage help. Driving out and paying was quick and the attendant was friendly.I was on a short 5-day trip this time and using the experience to test Fast Park for longer trips in the future. I will definitely be using Fast Park for my future travel plans based on this experience, which was very positive. Having the charging stations is a top priority for me, and being able to leave my security on without worrying about draining the battery is important when I am gone.The points and loyalty system is an added bonus.

Staff was friendly. They picked up and dropped off right by our car. They will load and unload your bags. We didnt have to wait too long. All cars are parked under a covering. Will use them everytime we travel.

Great service, prompt and efficient transportation to & from the airport. The car remains in a covered parking and safe. Overall a good experience.However they charge more than advertised, maybe they are recovering some state levies (i dont know) but looked at the receipt and it was higher than the rate given to me. Plus when you get back from your travel, (a long flight or at odd hours) atleast I am in no mood to look at the receipt, ask or find-out why they charges me what they did....I just want to get home. But this definately is a concern, I have !!!

I have been using this parking lot for years. Make sure you sign up for their rewards system to earn free nights.On my latest trip, I arrived at 3AM and was on a bus to the airport in three minutes. My return was at 12:45AM and I had the same driver within 10 minutes of getting outside the airport. Dropped of right in front of my car. I appreciate not having to walk around or try to remember where I parked. Super easy.P.s. If you tend to lose paper, my tip is to take a picture of your parking spot card.

Great place to park. Easy to use and earn reward points. They should bring back giving you a bottle of water on exit. Maybe they stopped because of COVID but frequently, you want a bottle of water after a long trip.

Our first experience was pleasant with this company. Super fast, efficient and got us where we needed to so we decided to book again. The second time with this company our drivers were rude, snarky and slow for drop off and return. They sent us to park in lot J where there was no parking and the driver had a sarcastic comment about how we left and he didn’t know where we were. We explained to him and he said “I’m aware of that”. The ride back from the airport the lady asked if we had a ticket. We told her we lost it but we parked in J10 and knew where we were. She insinuated that we couldn’t ride with them if we didn’t have the ticket because “we could have booked with someone else”.After this experience I can say that we will not book with this company again. I’d rather pay the $20 a day at the airport if it means we don’t have to deal with sarcastic and rude customer service again.

This company is usually very efficient but not last night! Hopefully it was do a staffing shortage which we know is an issue these days and not just poor planning! Will give another try on our next trip

We have used this facility for years. It is really nice with covered parking. The staff is always very helpful and are always ready when you arrive to take you to the airport and pick you up. Great service!

Once registered online arrival at 5:30 am was relatively easy and got to airport within 20 minutes, green card they hand out was very helpful on return

Shuttle is always ready to pick me up before Im even out of my car. Never have to wait long at the airport for pick up. Drivers are always helpful, polite, and cheerful handling my luggage.

Normally I would give them four stars because in the past never had a problem. Lately theyve been really bad with customer service not sure if theyre having problems with staffing but in Orlando theyre limited on their drivers and it could take you up to an hour to get a ride from the airport to your car. People have had to get Ubers, keep that in mind next time you go to them. The Manager was horrible and had the worst customer service skills. Ive been using other parking places for now and the prices are the same.

Excellent. Some would say expensive but id say you get what you pay for. How important is first your protection, your safety and then your values meaning your car. I feel safe from begging to end. Service is 1000% incredible your car is in a very well guided place and you just leave having a peace of mind. So you get what you pay for not expensive just right❣️🙏

I have used Fast, Park and Relax for years. Their service is outstanding. Fast, Clean Buses and Professional employees. Yesterday, I was unable to get on a bus at pickup because the bus was full. They sent a bus from the other terminal so I wouldnt have a long wait. Wow! I had just got off a flight from California and was exhausted and still had an hour drive home. I was so appreciative of the driver being sent from the other terminal so I could get home asap. Thank you! I tell all my friends how great your service is.

Very Fast and Easy, nice drivers and you don’t even have to put your luggage on the rack or unload it! I’m giving it 4 stars because it was really hot in the van. No air or anything.

After using them for years, the last few times I have come to be quite disappointed in their service. Got in last night at midnight from a West coast flight and their were a large number of people waiting to get a ride back to their cars yet I know I waited at least 30 minutes before a van came and Im sure others had waited even longer. In times past, there was a van coming around every 10 minutes or so which is quite acceptable, but it seems like they were only running 2 at the most so someones not on top of things.

This was my first time using Fast Park & Relax. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. My car was parked under a covered area, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the service was fast. When I returned, it was again excellent service. As soon as I picked up my luggage and went outside they drove up. Hector took me straight to my car and even put my luggage in the car. I can’t imagine using any other park & ride service from now on. I highly recommend them.

I was nervous about traveling alone and leaving my car. But this place was recommended to me and I must say, I felt nothing but safe. I will use them again. I did not get the bottled water mentioned on their web sight, and the person who takes your return pick up info call could be a bit more friendly. But minor details when anxiously traveling alone. The parking is covered and well lit! Takes about 10 min to get to the airport.

Everything went smoothly. Arrived and was told which section to park. We were picked up right away. Loved the covered parking. The spaces aren’t crazy tight. When we arrived back from our trip, we were picked up promptly. The experience was very positive for us.

The parking facility is so easy and convenient. I enjoy being able to park my car safely and the convenience of having the van to take me to the airport is terrific. When I return to the airport after my flight it takes only minutes for the van to arrive at the airport which by the way is great after a long day of travel. And the driver handles my luggage for me so I never have to struggle with it, they even put it in my car for me. The employees have always been very pleasant and extremely helpful. I like pretty much everything! The people are very friendly and helpful, and the parking is easy and your vehicle is under a roof. I like making a reservation and appreciate how quickly the bus is ready to go. The last time I parked there, another customers car wouldnt start. The attendant immediately got someone with jumper cables to help out! I highly recommend Fast Park & Relax!

The service was great. From the on-line reservation to the pick up of our vehicle upon our return, to leaving the lot. The van driver was very good, friendly, helpful with bags and information RE our return trip. The lot was very good for ease of parking and the covered parking and final payment. The van service to/from the airport could not have been easier or more efficient I will park here again, without hesitation.
