Honestly, don’t come To work here, don’t fly with them, stay way clear of them. Very unprofessional staff.

Dont buy tickets from this company! National changed my schedule and offer me refund if I was not satisfied with the schedule, so I opted out and request my refund. After a month of several calls with no answers, no airplane tickets and no money back Im writing this review. Hopefully helps everyone else not be in the same situation.

My family and I flew from Sanford to San Juan last on December 2015 and the flight and service was magnificent. Cant complaint at all.

National is grossly incompetent. Their customer service sucks. They cancel flights and close their call centre. Brilliant way to avoid your customers who are stuck and trying to get home.Fly someone else.

The worst airline in the world, they cancel yje flight because they didnt have enough people to fly, had to wait one day to get to my destination, beware

National Airlines had their plane seized and held in St Johns, Newfoundland, Canada for unpaid airport fees which were many months overdue. One of the customer service agents confessed they were still taking online reservations monies when the airline had no plans to actually fly. They sent me a refund check which bounced. Lawsuit in the works.

Dont use this airline! Whe are still waiting on our refund from April!!!! And they are saying we will get it by mail!!! They cancelled our flights without notice! Once again DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!!!!

The worst airline that can exist !!! They changed the date of my tickets without my authorization. I cancel the return ticket Orlando one week after my trip when I have bought the tickets since March. I am canceled because I cannot travel for the date they assigned me the date on which my daughter would lose her graduation because of irresponsible people such as those on this airline. To top it off I just got an email saying they changed the flight schedule to PR and everything as they liked. You call customer service and nobody knows anything none can help you is the first time I hear that an airline can make changes without the authorization of the client and everyone as they want!

I had never experienced so much ineptitude with an airline that I changed the tickets at the last minute regardless of the commitments that one has and without giving you option or compensation for it as other companies have done, apart from that they do not give you explanations for the change No one knew anything except that you returned the money of one cancel. I give 3 stars because the service on the flight and their attention was excellent.

A flight on Saturday July 23 9:30 am departing from Florida, they canceled it at 2 pm, they never resolved, today July 24 7:00 pm still waiting for information here at the airport is a shame that 4 flights are still together trying leaving Florida and nothing older people, children and pregnant women is not fair

Poor service We are a group of about 25 people who buy tickets to fly from Sanford Airport (Orlando Fl) to San Juan, PR in June and July 2016. When I receive an email canceling a trip from another person traveling from San Juan I call to the airline and I find out that all our passages were rescheduled (canceled) and that there is nothing they can do just return the money or choose any day they want. Because now it flies only Saturday and Sunday to PR which we need to be in PR before the weekend. Again I call the next day (today) because I still do not receive any e-mail of cancellations and I realize that they cannot return my money in my form of payment that has to be in check by mail and that neither You can send me an e-mail to have proof of cancellations or the form of money back. I do not recommend it to anyone and now it happens.

This company is the worst for which I traveled, they canceled the flight and made us wait for 12 hours at the airport until they finally managed to give us a flight with another company and I with a 5-year-old girl didnt even apologize. .

A horrible experience We canceled the trip, no information opened another flight. I had to get a ticket with another area line two days later.
