Crystal Clear is definitely on top of everything! I have spent a lot of time in trainings and every one has been friendly and very very helpful. Everyone has been willing to go the extra mile. I had a bad experience with Crystal Clear a few years ago when I owned by Med Spa but never took the time to write a review. Recently, I heard they are still handling their business the same way and felt compelled to write this review so others would know and be warned. I was a small Med Spa looking to drive traffic into my practice. My website was very delayed in launching, once the paperwork was done and money was received it became very hard to reach anyone and get things done in a timely manner. We never got the results we were looking for. When we ended our contract, we were forced to pay their out clausewhich we did not so they held our website. Overall, we were very disappointment in how they handled our account, their customer service and result we saw from the money we spent. ROI was zero. Now I know they are still doing this to other people, felt it is important to share. Lastly, I met Crystal Clear at a trade show, purchase the product, the next time I saw them at another trade show, it was like they did not know me and that was before we cancelled the contract. I think it is very weird their Facebook page is locked down so you cant write a review. Buyer be warned!

When I first signed up for Crystal Clear I was hounded daily to sign a contract by Chad and many promises were made. When I discussed the bad reviews about holding someone’s website hostage I immediately received a phone call by the owner Tim Sawyer. He gave me his personal promise that my website would never be shut down. Well 2 months later my website is shut done. Tim will not return my phone calls or emails; instead I now had to deal with the other owner Joe who has been ruthless. I have been in business for 15 years and am a physician, I can not in good conscious let this matter be kept private. I can only hope that I save someone else from making this costly mistake.

Complete disappointment. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for someone to contact me to resolve my problems. My website was supposed to be up and running by April. It is now almost August and nothing . They promise you complete customer support when they sign you up. Delivery? NONE. What a waste of time and money. I am a small business owner and bought the package. I don’t have front office staff so it is very difficult to navigate. I asked if this would help me be more hands off but it has just left me frustrated. I would say it would be good for big businesses. But for smaller business they need to tailor to fit or educate their reps when to say “no this marketing plan is not for you.” Honesty would have been appreciated instead of me using it as a $1500/ month tax write off.

Dr. Vanessa Barrow, W Allen, Remedi San Diego Pico Fazzi are saying exactly as it is!It actually breaks my heart a little bit to read all of these people that I’ve endured the same thing that we have.Bottom line if you choose this company or you have chosen this company then you know exactly what we are speaking about, This is the absolute worst company that you can sign up to market your business. They lie cheat and steal to put it plainly.

Crystal Clear should get ZERO stars. You cant trust all of the 5 Star Reviews. There is no way this company does what is represented in many of these reviews and then does what they did to our business. They must be able to manipulate the system because they are not who they represent themselves to be.We are a small medical practice. We committed to Crystal Clear to fix our current web site and give us a strong on-line presence. We paid for Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and to manage both. We paid Crystal Clear approximately $20,000 over a six month period and they did ABSOLUTELY none of the things we paid them to do. We received no benefit from their involvement with our business and the business deteriorated because of their involvement with our web site. Our web site was a mess and consequently we received no new business or web site traffic due to their efforts which was the primary reason we chose to work with this company.We received NO Search Engine Optimization or Search Engine Marketing and our digital presence, which we paid to enhance got worse with their involvement in our business. We paid Crystal Clear to clean up the business across all data sources including search engines and to eliminate old incorrect and conflicting information throughout the internet and they did none of it. All they did was take our money and bill us more and more every time we requested their help.All promises they made were false inducements so we would enter into an agreement with them and then when we wanted to cancel, they were able to hold both OUR web site and URL hostage until we paid them even more money.It’s funny how one of their owners will respond and say they don’t hold anyone’s URL but they do because they require you to have them host it as part of their agreement. By giving them that control as a host, it allows them to grab your URL and not let it go until they release it. This is something I didn’t even know you can do but they have somehow figured out a way. They will also come back and say they don’t control their clients web sites but that is another lie because every time we asked for administrative privileges over our site, they refused to provide it. Without it, you have no power or control of your web site or URL.Furthermore, it’s also VERY Interesting that immediately after posting our 1-star review there were a number of 5-star reviews within a few days. The reviews prior to that were at least three months old. Obviously, this is part of Crystal Clears manipulation. FAKE REVIEWS are not just unethical, they have been illegal for some time.Unlike what they will tell you, you are absolutely not free to leave unless you provide 60 days’ notice along with those additional payments and you are absolutely not able to take your web site along with the work you may have paid them to produce. You are not able to transfer your URL to another host unless pay off a full calendar year.We came to an agreement to get both released by paying their ransom but it then took almost two weeks for them to release the site and URL. When they finally did, it was given back to us with missing parts and broken links and all sorts of other issues which they intentionally created. They very well knew what they were doing because they’re pros at doing what they did to us. You can see more people that have gotten scammed like us by just Googling and doing a little more research about them; something we didn’t do and regret terribly. Beware of this unscrupulous company and all their false promises and most importantly, read the contract before you sign away your web site and on-line presence to Crystal Clear!

There is no way to sugar coat that Crystal Clear was by far one of the worst marketing companies we have worked with yet, for many reasons. Their SPC program and start up videos were incredibly inspiring, helpful and made us very hopeful that we picked the right company to work with. However as soon as human interaction came into the picture, things fell apart very quickly.The communication during the first few startup meetings was great until they got their first couple of payments, and then they made us feel as if we were no longer important. Suddenly the communication and updates as they took over our site began to lack and we only got updates unless we asked; sometimes taking multiple times to get a response.At this point I had sent an email to Thomas; our sales rep, explaining in detail the sudden lack of replys, updates and already missed deadlines(deadlines they set). I went into full detail with dates, who was supposed to update me on what-when and non-replied emails, etc. He simply forwarded my detailed email to the team and told his team to reach out to me and never bothered to see if my issues were ever resolved or handled - they werent.Our first and only account manager/point of contact was terrible. I initiated arranging set weekly meetings for updates and to follow up on a completion date of a project and he would have absolutely no knowledge of anything. Not only did he not prepare, it was as if he had been looking our account for the very first time. We would ask a question and he would be silent for 30 seconds on the phone while he threw together some open ended answer and I would leave the phone call more confused and unsure than before.Moving forward things only got worse; missed deadlines began to be the only thing we could consistently count on. Our website was set up in a 4 phase system that was supposed to take 4 weeks, a deadline that THEY provided us. By week 5 we hadnt moved out of phase 3 and by week 8 the website updates/changes were still not completed.Our account manager/point of contact was no longer with the company and we were never assigned a new one. From there we went through working with about 5 plus different people. Some of which were nice and helpful via email, but none could provide us with any proper updates or answers to our questions. A lot of tickets were created but nothing ever got resolved.Just to be clear, we gave Crystal Clear a full built out site - they only need to make changes and updates to it. To this day - over 4 months later, we still have yet to have our completed gallery on the site. From the VERY beginning we were clear this was something we wanted to add to our site and we found out a couple of weeks ago that now this is going to be an issue for them to add to the site, and cropping photos was suddenly “not something they normally do”. They had MONTHS to tell us this and they waited until we had asked about it 15 times minimum and it was at least 6 weeks past due to let us know. Very unprofessional.Even at the end, once we decided to cancel our account, I left 3 voicemails with 3 different people, called, and emailed and we were ignored and not responded to for 4 business days. Then after multiple more calls and emails we finally got through to someone and they told us we can send a certified letter to cancel. So now we had to wait another 5 days to make our cancelation “official”.I could go on and on with examples. But the main point I would like to make is: dont waste your time. We slipped through every crack possible and I would hate for the same to happen to someone else. We spent a lot of money, a lot of time and a lot of energy trying to keep this team accountable to their own deadlines and just to get an update on our site’s progress. It ultimately hurt our small business a lot and they dont have anything other than a scripted answer to say for it.
