I had to cancel my original event. Bounce My House was very accommodating with rescheduling, even for a couple days after they closed for the season. On my rescheduled date, there were storms in the forecast and the owner called me to discuss some options for my rental. Bounce My House ended up bringing my rental items first thing that morning so my kids could enjoy the bounce house for as long as possible and so I could start my event earlier than originally scheduled, to try and beat the rain. They were so caring and flexible. The man who came to set up was especially courteous as well. Will definitely use them again!

We had the best experience! The toddler bounce house was perfect for our little ones first birthday. He has been scared of the big enclosed houses in the past so this was a perfect bounce house for him! Big enough for his siblings to enjoy with him but small enough that he had fun! The office staff is wonderful, informative and helpful! We can’t wait to rent again with bounce my house!

Our experience renting our inflatable bounce house was excellent. Everything from the initial phone call to the options offered were great. The installers were on time, quick and very professional and polite. Tom and Shane installed, reviewed the operations and cleaned up in no time at all. The removal went just as well, they showed up right when they said they would, and were out of there in no time. Mike was with them to remove the inflatable and after they left you would have never had know they were there. Thanks for the great service and professional staff. The guys were very helpful when dropping off the bounce houses. Although the company doesnt provide generators, the guys did offer to come back to assist if possible. The children had a ball playing in the bounce houses.

Placed an order 1 week before my event. I had to change my reservation timing and it was as easy as texting the confirmation number. Delivery and pickup was effortless. The folks that set up and tore down were super nice and the expected arrival etas were on point. They also sanitized it all down. Overall superb customer service and experience. Would definitely rent from here again!As far as the product itself, it was great quality. The blower was much quieter than I expected (which is a good thing). And I was a little worried about wind since my backyard gets some pretty strong wind gusts but it was no problem. The delivery folks did end up putting down some extra ties just in case.

We rented three different bounce houses along with tables and chairs. The staff was nice, professional, quick with set-up and so great to work with! We recently rented a bounce house, tent, and chairs from Bounce My House for a first birthday party. Pricing is in line with most companies, and maybe a little higher in some cases, but I’m willing to pay more for a reputable company. I had read many reviews of other companies where bounce houses were delivered late or in bad shape, but reviews of Bounce My House were all so positive. This was why we decided to go with them—and I am glad we did. Everything around the delivery was well communicated and dropped off well in advance of the party. I did have a panicked moment because the tent they brought was FILTHY. It would have been embarrassing to have guests sitting under it. I called the company, they were apologetic and sent someone to clean the tent, all the day before the event. I appreciated that they showed concern and took care of the issue right away. To me, this is a marker of an honest company that cares about their customers’ experience. I would use them again.

I rented 6 (6-foot) tables and 36 chairs for a backyard retirement party for July 17, 2021. I liked the constant communication from the placement of the order, even to the pick up of the items.I received emails and then telephone calls regarding the delivery date and time.The delivery drivers would call when they were on their way, and would make additional contact when they were minutes from my location. This was very helpful because your entire day is not put on hold waiting for a delivery.The young men (2 separate crew) for the drop off and pick up were all very polite, courteous, and professional.I would definitely use this establishment again for any future needs.

We rented a combo bounce house water slide for our family 4th of July party. It was a great hit with the kids of all ages. They all had a great time in both parts of the rental. Because of the busy holiday it was set up for us the evening before which was nice so we did not have to worry about waiting for it on party day, The house was clean and the set up crew was very polite and quick and efficient. They had this huge thing up and running in under 15 minutes. When they came to pick it up they were just as polite and efficient. To quote my four yr old Grandson, Grandma, this bounce house was really a good idea we should get this every week! He had a blast, even though he was a little too small to get out of the pool. I have rented from and this is by far the best company we have used. the equipment is clean and in good shape. The people are nice and polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.!!

We had such a great experience, very quick replies when we had questions, awesome communication, and a seamless install and take-away. The only mistake we made was not ordering two of the obstacle courses side by side so everyone could race! Would definitely recommend.

Mike and Zach set everything up. They were very polite and personable. The crew was great that picked everything up. I was a little disappointed in the obstacle course. There was a big hole that was covered up by a patch with one strip of duct tape that I didnt know about until the kids told me it came off. There were several other holes on the inside as well. Because of the holes, the obstacle course was not blown up fully like it should have been. Since the patch came off on the side I had to patch it on my own and patched whatever holes were on the inside. I feel that I should of been aware of the holes in the first place. Other than that the party was a success and everyone had a great time!

They are a locally family owned business and have everything from various inflatable sizes, dunk tanks, carnival style games, tents, tables and chairs. I rented the toddler bounce house for my son’s two year old bday party. It was the perfect size for small children and in great shape. It looked great and worked great as well. The price was the best in the area or Orland Park where I live and I chose to pick it up myself as I only live five blocks away. The entire process was super easy, efficient and best of all prices right. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and they loaded the bounce house in my car and I was on my way within 10 mins. They even provide videos for newbies like myself. They are there to help every step of the way! I will definitely use Bounce my House for all future parties !

I want to thank Bounce My House Party Rentals for their exceptional service yesterday for a birthday party. It was all seamless which is ideal when hosting a party. Moe and Omar texted me prior to arriving to give an estimated time, they were right on time, checked out the area we wanted to use asked a few questions about orientation and our sprinkler system (they didnt want to damage our sprinklers when they stake the bounce house) and got to work! We had some inclement weather during the party and we were reached out to on how to care for the bounce house during rain which was appreciated. Lastly,the team arrived on time to take down the bounce house and pack everything away.All in all it was perfect and we will definitely be using their services in the future!
