Alot of these reviews seems to be low simply because of money. They dont really control the price so I cant fault them. They were nice to me and I was in and out in less 10 minutes.

I went to this currency exchange to transfer a title and purchase a new license plate. Within 24 hours it was obvious somebody had messed something up--my cars VIN was listed under two different license plates (the old one and the one I just purchased at the currency exchange). When I asked for help fixing the problem Roberta told me it was the fault of the DVM. (I should also mention she was very rude and dismissive.) I paid a $70 convenience fee so I didnt have to stand in a 4 hour line at the Secretary of States office. Now, it looks like I will have to go to the SOS to fix this mess. Avoid this place.

By far the rudest & most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF TITLE PAPERWORK DONE!!! They have no idea what theyre doing & will completely screw up your paperwork.

This is the worse place ever!! If you black with a government job, they going to want to verify that! No I.d, Work I.d, no boss calling them themselves, or the actual imprint and instructions on your check would be enough! They’ll claim to call a place that has nothing to do with the actual place you work and tell you they can’t cash because they too lazy to ask for the job ACTUAL phone number. The pregnant girl at the window catches attitude when asked questions because she can’t find the answer on her own! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALLLLLLL COST

Went to the currency to transfer the license plates from my old car to my new car which I financed. The woman who was very rude told me I could not transfer the plates without the title of my new car. I would like to know the dealership that this woman bought her car at where she financed it and they handed her a title she said many car dealers do it. Not only were you rude you obviously do not know what you’re talking about. Save yourself the trouble do not go here this is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this

Im at a loss as to the bad reviews I read! Im so happy I took a chance & went here! So much better than the one in Tinley! I had to go on 2 different days to do title & registration on a truck I bought. They pointed out to me an error made by seller when signing the title. They gave me another form for seller to sign. I saw different people both days. I had absolutley no issues! They were extremely friendly! Very helpful & patient! As for people complaining about fees. Thats how they stay in business! They dont work for free! I was going to do this myself online to avoid fees, but am so glad I paid to have it done! Id of ran into an issue since I was clueless about the error on the title! And they have a whole wall with their fees for everything they do! I will continue to use them & recommend to others. The people who work here are super!

Drove all the way there and they were closed early. Was there an hour earlier than the posted hours of operation.

Disgusting. Smells like trash and urine. Even if its out of your way, go to the location at 171st and Harlem. No issues with the employees.

The worst currency exchange on the planet! Took my payroll check there to cash. First they said they had no record of me even though I cashed 2 check there within the last year. Then they said they need to verify my employment...which they did. Then they said they have to verify funds from the bank. The bank said they dont verify funds. They refused to cash it. What is the point of advertising you cash payroll checks if you actually dont! Isnt that false advertisement?

Don’t understand all the bad reviews. Have gone here for title transfers and haven’t ever had a problem it’s like every other currency exchange.

Awful experience. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TITLE WORK> They do not have a clue as to what they are doing. Completely screwed up my application, then blamed the SOS. I had to go back three times for them to fix and still not right. Employees are flippant, rude and condescending.

Great place to get title stuff done pay bills and send money.Manager is very polite and respectful and the staff seems happy to help :)

Went to cash a check and on front window its says all types of checks cashed, yet she would not cash the check I brought in. Same thing happened last week when I tried bringing a different type of check in.

SCAM ALERT. charged a $7.50 debit fee without even telling me. I would have paid cash instead for my registration sticker.

Terrible service went to cash a check no line no customers took the big lady blasting Spanish music 15 minutes to cash a check first and last time here!

They dont treat customers with any respect, very unprofessional.

$70 service charge to transfer title and plates....and if you use your debit card its another 3%!!! The fees at this place are ridiculous....Ill go to dinner tonight with my whole family with that $70 and drive to the Secretary of State tomorrow,thanks.
