I had my vehicle impounded when someone had to drive it in an emergency situation, there is a book of CDs in the car that belonged to someone who passed away. Its the only thing I have left of them. I pleaded with the guy, Mark, to please let me retrieve that one item and he demanded hundreds of dollars. I was willing to surrender title and cooperate and let anything else in the car be kept and he would not budge and was very condescending. Almost mocking. I explained that I was on a fixed income and had become wheelchair bound from injuries I sustained in a domestic violence attack. I also explained that I had severe PTSD from that incident and could not handle confrontation so I gave up. But this company holds peoples property hostage. I understand they need to be compensated for their time and resources. But there are also people who truly deserve a break. And there are things that you dont keep from people under any circumstances. An heirloom that cant be replaced is one of those things. I also emailed to clarify the situation and never even got a reply.

They are horrible they wont return calls they stole alot of items out of our car they are dishonest. I will never recommend them. Dont ever go to them you will regret it.

Mark with JDK towing did a great job with helping tow my daughters car. He has great customer service. He even acomidated us when we needed to get into his yard to help us retrieve some personal items. Thanks Mark that is real customer service!

I Called JDK Towing to have a customers car towed. I asked to have it towed to my shop University Collision. He said no problom. When he showed up it was and additional 125.00 from Orem to Provo. My bad for not asking a price!!! The driver said I was not there when he loaded the vehicle. I went ahead and paid it. It was for an Insurance company. I usally pay 45.00/55.00. Depending on the situation. They already charged the Ins. Company $320.00 for the tow, $32.00 admin fee and the storage fees were 320.00. So I guess $600.00 wasnt enough. They wanted another 125.00 for a second tow. I have a wrecker I will defintly use it next time!!!!!!!SCOTT

If I could give zero I would. Horrible service, they changed the price and tried to charge more than what they normally do. Rude people, hard to work with. Save your time and choose someone else.

I live in Orem and I just needed to get my car towed to a Mechanic three miles away. I called three different places, JDK was the cheapest. The man on the phone told me theyd have a tow truck to my house in 15 to 20 minutes. The truck showed up within 2 minutes. The driver said hed been doing his job for nearly 10 years and JDK tows works all throughout Utah Valley from big wrecks to small problems or even if somebody is just stuck. The driver knew exactly where my mechanic was without me having to give him any directions, he was polite, kind, and even managed to back his huge truck into a very narrow driveway to drop my car off. I wouldnt have been able to do that myself with such a massive vehicle. He was very experienced! I highly recommend using JDK Towing.
