Rachel is deserving of all five stars. As someone who has tried several different therapists— Rachel has been my most positive experience in therapy. I recommend her to everyone I know! She creates a very comfortable, safe, warm environment. Connection feels natural. Her approach to therapy is sustainable and helpful to reframe and view experiences or struggles with compassion. I always felt that she was unbiased in her views and that I could share any concern I had and receive appropriate guidance. Her professionalism puts the well-being of her clients first. I looked toward to every session and felt that Rachel’s concern and genuine care was present in every therapy session. She’s the best!
Rachel is an amazing human and therapist! She always helps me feel understood, cared about, and safe. I feel like I can tell her anything. She always has good insights and asks me questions that help me to dig into what is really happening and its always enlightening. She is both validating and understanding, while also pushing me to change for the better. Her tools, diagrams, perspective, book recommendations and weekly assignments have been life-changing for me. I would recommend her to anyone!
Rachel is absolutely amazing! She has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She is beyond easy to talk and so understanding and validating. I have been to another therapist prior to Rachel. That therapist nearly had me swear off therapy all together. After meeting with Rachel once I knew I found someone who genuinely cared and had all the tools to help me. She was very good at explaining things to me and making sure I understood what she was talking about. I am a visual learner and she great about drawing pictures and charts to really drive the points into my head. She got to me a great place but if and when I need help again, I know exactly who I’m going to call!
Rachel is fantastic. Immediately felt comfortable with her and the space she has created. Therapy with Rachel makes you feel heard, seen, and valid. You feel hopeful, empowered, and valuable. Everyday I use methods, practices, and processes that we used in therapy. I have told and will tell anyone looking for a therapist in the area to go see Rachel. Rachel is a an awesome person and therapist. I was skeptical about the whole idea of therapy, but after a couple of friends encouraged me based on their good experiences I decided to give it a try. Almost 2 years later and I have learned and grown so much from Rachels guidance. She is kind and listens well. She makes it practical by giving me things to work on from week to week. And most importantly she does not let me get off the hook when I try to avoid tough topics (often through sarcasm). I honestly could not recommend her enough for anyone looking to improve their mental and emotional health.
In just a couple sessions, Rachel provided me with some tools that have been invaluable that I still draw upon and use regularly over 5 years later. She is easy to connect with and explains concepts in a way that is simple and easy to apply. She empowers and enables you to be self-reliant with the concrete tools she teaches. I had previously attempted to see a couple different therapists that were unrelatable and left me with a bad taste of what therapy is. My experience with Rachel was completely different. She just ‘gets it,’ is fun yet professional, and takes the time to listen and understand. I loved what she taught so much, she was willing to come and provide a training for my co-workers, and I have continuously shared with others some of the skills she taught me. Ive been a client of Rachels on and off for the past 3 years, and I have loved loved loved working with her! She is so easy to talk to, so relatable (Im in my 20s), and has helped me in so many ways with my depression and anxiety. Rachel is a great listener and will give you tools and visuals to help with what youre dealing with, and I cant tell you how many times Ive passed these on to close friends and family dealing with similar things.
