I called Edge Landscaping this morning to try to schedule an appointment to have a main water line leak repaired. A representative was there by 10 a.m. to assess our needs. Anticipating a long weekend with no water, I was delighted to hear back that a crew was available to come by at 1. The crew was professional, efficient, respectful, and left things looking better than they found it. We had our water back on before 4 p.m. and the cost was less than I had anticipated. I was beyond pleased with our experience with Edge Landscaping. We will definitely call on them in the future!

Update: I had Edge come out for more help. I had them come cut down a tree in my front yard. Landon was amazing, very friendly.I had a really dry yard and thought I was going to have to replace my sprinkler system and grass. They sent out a sprinkler technician. He spent a couple hours fixing everything broke and set my clock to recover my grass. Two weeks later everything is beautiful and the grass is green. Very intelligent and friendly serviceman. Thank you

Jeff has been great to work with over the years. We have had nothing but great service from him and his team. Theyve helped with broken water lines and replacing sprinkler valves and do a great job!

I’ve worked with Edge Landscaping throughout the last 6 or so years. Jeff and his team are great to work with! Over the years, Edge Landscaping finished my yard, put in a retaining wall, helped me with a sprinkler problem, and worked on two french drains. I will continue to reach out to them as yard projects come up.The first time Jeff came out to quote a project, I was impressed by how friendly and respectful he was. It was in stark contrast to another landscaping company I worked with previously. This respect doesn’t stop with Jeff, his entire crew has always been friendly and respectful whenever I’ve worked with them.One summer, I came home from a trip to find my sprinklers were broken and my yard was dying. I called Jeff and the next day he sent someone out to fix my sprinklers. We thought it was the sprinkler box that had gone bad, but when Edge Landscaping arrived, we determined the sprinkler box wasn’t getting any power because a GFI outlet had tripped. I was completely expecting this employee to leave me to find the outlet myself, which seemed like a difficult task. Instead, he offered to help and we eventually found the outlet in an unexpected location. Another thing I really appreciated was that he didn’t try to sell me on a still replacing my older sprinkler box.Most recently, I needed a french drain fixed. Jeff sent out one of his employees, Brady, to take a look at my situation. Brady let me tell him all about the drainage issues with my yard. He walked with me around various problem spots and listened carefully. I never felt rushed. He then made suggestions that really validated what I had been seeing. It was nice to have a professional get to know my yard and care about finding a solution to the problems concerning me. Brady then spent hours longer than he originally thought he would fixing the french drain because he wanted to make sure it was fixed correctly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me why he was doing what he was doing and how it would fix the problem. He is detail-oriented and his work is high quality. It was obvious that Brady cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. I was also really impressed because he did a great job cleaning up the site afterwards, more than what I had expected.I’ve been impressed by the quality of the work Edge Landscaping does. The people are great to work with. I’ll definitely continue using Edge Landscaping in the future.

Do NOT trust this company, we prepaid for multiple services and they swear they did them, but when I have to go out and cut the 1 foot of grass, there’s no way they came at all in those months. It took them weeks of me calling to get any service and they never came when they said they would, they did come and winterize the irrigation, but what the heck, they STILL didn’t cut the lawn when they were HERE! EXTREMELY disappointed. Good luck calling them too, the phone goes straight to Jeff and he rarely answers and don’t bother leaving a message cause he will never call you back (I left 6 messages over the course of a month and not a single call back)

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Jeffs team. Fair pricing and friendly. Jeff was responsive and communicated any challenges that came up. I definitely recommend this company.

I had a simple garden project. He came, and took some measurements. I had a previous landscaper no-show on me, so I told this guy please let me know if you dont want this job so I can move on. He told me he would have numbers for me that night. It has been two weeks and no response. On to the next flake.

Jeff and his guys were incredible. They did fantastic work on our yard, were there promptly everyday, and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be using their services when we redo our front yard.

Matt and his employees were great to work with. When I approached Edge about different options for the rock garden around my newly built house. I gave him the budget that I needed to work around and he gave great options. His and his employees response time was very quick and they were all very easy to communicate with. Brady took time with us to explain how to set the sprinkler system.They use quality materials and backup their work. I would definitely recommend Edge for landscaping. I was also able to recommend them to my neighbor for some sprinkler repair and maintenance.

Stellar job with what I thought was a complex tree trimming project. They made it look like a breeze. Have now hired them for future jobs at our commercial property as well. Very pleased. Thank you.

Your crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard and clearing out the debris under the shrubs. The pruning of the shrubs was exactly as I wanted it to be. The crew was cordial and pleasant. I was very pleased overall.

Edge landscaping does awful work. Their crew was belligerent, rude to my family, incompetent and willfully disregarded the directions they were given. They were horrible at communicating, barely showed up, and didnt finish a single one of the tasks they were hired to do. The tasks they undertook were done shoddily and with no regard for whether they were creating problems or additional work. Absolutely avoid these guys. Id give them zero stars if I could.

Edge has been doing landscape maintenance for our commercial park for several years. We definitely recommend them. Theyve also been very responsive when we have any issues.

We have used two other Landscaping companies other than them and we have never had the service we receive from Egde. They are always dependable and truly make our house look beautiful. We have used them for a few years now and are not planning on changing any time soon, their work and pricing is beyond what I could ask for.

I met with a rep in April, and he said they could come the first week in May to work in my yard. I have not heard from them since. Very disappointed!

Not sure where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from. They must be friends of the business owners. I called Edge and they came out to look at the work we needed done. I commented that weve had terrible luck with landscapers getting back to us on job quotes and returning calls. He looked at the job, took my contact info and said he would get back to me by the end of the day. 4 days went by and no response. I emailed both email addresses from their website and explained that no one had been in contact with us on quoting that job. That was a week ago and still no response. Terrible customer service and communication.
