It is honestly a good place, but I highly suggest not to leave your clothes unattended. Unfortunately, some of my clothes were stolen in two different occasions, so be careful!

I have been coming here for about 5 years now. They have friendly staff (especially Heather) and real good rates. Its usually clean and if something goes wrong, they are quick to offer help. Love this place.

Cleaner than most other places. But they cost a little more and they only have 1 super large washer to do large blankets in.

I like this laundromat. There are enough places to sit here. The machines are affordable, they have drinking water for the customers. The bathrooms are good. You can get dixie cups of soap powder at the front desk for 50 cents each. Theyve had one machine somewhere near the front that, unfortunately, has been way too loud for me, squeaking almost harshly to a stop, so I recommend to bring ear plugs in case that one is running, and youll be good. There are always great people working there, and havent seen any sketchy looking customers. I think the place would look a lot better and sleeker if they would take down the antique laundry displays that pepper the walls, though for some, those may be interesting to see. The machines have always worked for me with no trouble, and I have been going here regularly for a couple of years. It is next to a Peruvian restaurant.

My usual impression of laundromats is not very good, but this place is just great! There is always extremely friendly staff on hand to help you out. Normally almost all the machines work. With the staff on hand I even feel safe enough to leave my laundry and come back to get it later. I thought a five star laundromat didn’t exist but this is one of them.

Wow, the wonderful woman at the front desk goes far above and beyond to help customers. She gave me the best tips with using the machines, got a basket of toys for my son to play with while we waited, and was nothing short of the kindest and most proactive customer-service representative I have dealt with in a long time.

This place is gross. I would not recommend anyone come here. First off.. there washing machines dont have hot water. The girl at the counter confided in me and told me that. Second she told me how the washing machines dont ever work and how her job was a joke and she was always high. Third.. parking here is HELL. People will either scratch, break or do something bad to your car. This place is soooooo old. I dont even know how its still open. Owner.. if you are reading this please educated your employees. Dont just hire random people off the street to be at the front counter. Second tell your staff to stop hoarding the washing machines to wash clothes in.

No one WANTS to be having to go to a laundromat. But when our washer broke, and laundry piled up, this one had some pretty good reviews. The woman working was helpful and friendly. They have numbers that you mark the washers with so you remember which is yours. It’s fairly clean (what you’d expect from a laundromat), and doesn’t smell which is always nice. I won’t mind coming here until we get a new washer. 👍🏼

The on staff employee, Heather was an absolute sweetheart! I was there with a lot of clothes and my special needs son. She helped me carry my dirty laundry in from my car, she entertained my son and treated him like any other person, with dignity and respect. The facilities were clean and orderly, and reasonably priced. Heather actually stayed late while my clothes dried and even helped me fold them, all the while being cheerful, friendly, and talkative. This woman went above and beyond to help me. She was so patient. I couldnt believe she stayed late to help me. I had a rough day and she totally turned it around. I will keep going there for sure. Heather deserves a raise! Thank you, thank you!

This is a wonderful place to spend the afternoon if you have to. The machines are always working and clean there is always someone on duty, watching and maintaining the safety of your laundry. The other patrons are respectful and quiet. And they pumped some sweet 80s tunes all afternoon. I would come again any day. And I will recommend it to anyone asking.

We came here last night to wash our clothes. We used one of the big laundry machines for one of our heavier loads as the clothes were being washed the owner walked in. The machine made a sound so we knew the clothes were done. We opened the washer and water came out everywhere. We told the owner and the lady working there. As the ladies approached the washer. The lady that worked there (which is very nice) told the owner carol that that machine had been making weird noises. The owner didn’t even open the washer and she said I can already tell is because some of your clothes clogged the machine 🙄 ( ok!) then she found a home made hat and said it was that that clogged the whole thing up. Then she said you need to put it in two different machines and made us pay for it ( didn’t even offered apologizes since we had wasted 20 quarters already) then as she was taking out the clothes she started to put them on the ground. I got very mad since I had just finished washing those clothes and got a little car to put them in and she did not let me pick up my clothes from the ground LITERALLY until a towel was put under because she didn’t want her car wet. Literally told me to stop picking up my clothes from the ground. At this point we paid for another two machines and were very frustrated because as the owner was taking the clothes out she was complaining about how she had to wait to call the repair person since she was going to see the nutcracker the next day and was going to be in salt lake all day complaining right in front of us the customers. At this point after paying for two more washers we left to get something to drink it was 8:30 we came back 8:50 and the lights and everything was closed. Super bad service from the owner. Will not come back. I was frustrated that she tried to blame it on us when 3 of her driers were out of service and just starting at the front row of washing machines 4 were out of service as well.

Updated remarks as of 4/25/19.Your cameras do not completely cover the entire laundromat. Your claim that you checked the cameras is not even pertinent to my loss or a solution for future tampering and or theft for others. As far as you illegally allowing someone without a handicap registration to constantly park illegally in the only handicap space, is technically criminal. You allow theft, do not have adequate surveillance and worst of all you have allowed Mr. Ding-a-ling to entitlements that he does not deserve or require. I have no hope that you or your staff will attempt to find remedies for any of my issues, I only want to inform others of the poor experience I had at you building.Do not leave your clothes unattended, twice my clothes were moved into a completely different dryer! Two pairs of my lovely wifes jeans were stolen, now to protect our belongings we have decided that either meself or my wife has to stay at the Soap Box until the cycles are finished. Its like pulling teeth if you need change and the older Mr. That runs the place always is parked in the handicapped spot and believe me he does not need to be parked there. Oh, I almost forgot to express how rude they were on the phone when I called to report the missing pants.

Its not bad, I have been here twice and the washing machines and driers work great. A radio or TV should be on though for the ones who wait here.

I run a local business and we need a laundry company that we can come to and depend on. We sure are grateful for this company. Just yesterday the employee went above and beyond to help me. They are wonderful people at The Soapbox

Traveling for 5 months now, different laundromat each week this is the worst! Though clean machines did not get close clean, dryers took extra 10 minute cycle to dry. If choice is wear dirty or use this place, Id choose dirty.

This is the only Laundry Mat around here that isnt a dive... They have 3-4 Extra large washing machines ($3.50) and a ton of smaller Washers ($2.25) and all of the dryers are extra large (.25 for 10 mins) its a fairly clean facility and there arent people just hanging out there like some of the other Laundry Mats. The parking lot is tiny and a pain in the a$$. They do have an Attendant on duty when their open.

I’ve only used their machines once but was very happy with the results. Friendly staff and it was very affordable.

Use too work here these people are very dishonest one time I work some good hours and was supposed to get pay like 400 she left an envelope with only 100 dollars in it saying she didnt go to the bank I told her off and she payed me the rest of my money that day they have done that a couple of times to me on pay day thats why I left and the lady is never satisfied
