Owner very nice man knowledgeable but the Orem location is not set up for business had no models for me to try out to get an idea of what my needs were.Did not perform a familiar voice test.This would be a great location if he were set up for business down here which he is not.

If saying “What?” is your go to word like I experienced, I would recommend this establishment. I did my due diligence beforehand calling around, and here is where I ended up. I received informative help and a free hearing exam. They offer competitive pricing and even price matched the discount I get through my health insurance plan. The entire staff were professional and friendly. They were every bit of five stars.

The Dr was very nice & did a thorough hearing test. He also cleaned my dad’s hearing aids while I was there. I would recommend Audibel Hearing.

I was greeted warmly by the hearing specialist as if we were old friends although we had never met. He was very helpful answering my question and made some adjustments to my hearing aids which were very helpful.

They’ve been friendly and helpful. I’ve been to several other hearing aid businesses and this business has been the best at helping with scheduling appointments to make sure my hearing aids are right. Chris has been pleasant to talk to on the phone and they’ve all been easy to work with.

Everyone in the office is helpful, super courteous, lots of extra perks like tuning up the hearing aids, replacing tubing and ear buds at no cost. Willing to work with us on appointment times. Even when we were late they still worked us in. They gave us information on new aids but did not pressure us to buy.

I have been VERY SATISFIED with the service and friendly staff, this includes being satisfied with the quality of my hearing aids. As of the present time the quality of hearing has improved significantly.I did not expect the hearing aids to be that spendy, but hopefully the improvement of hearing will compensate for the price.
