Upper management poor communication skills and zero customer service.

Avoid at all costs. Not only did they charge higher fees than we agreed to, and refuse to cancel our service (after we moved, and after we were no longer under contract) but then delayed the pickup for three months (charging us each month in the mean time). Finally, they sent us a final bill for $262.12 for Removal.We will never use WM again, and will recommend to every possible company in the valley to avoid them at all costs.

Never ever ever use this company! They just try and rip you off with overage charges, if you are barely over the top of your can. If you try and call to get it figured out you will spend hours, be promised something and then you will get your next bill. only to find they didnt fulfill their promise. Try Ace garbage, they are way cheaper, like WAY cheaper and you get personalized way better service. Trying to switch to them but they are trying to charge me $900 to stop service. You heard me...$900!!!!!

Our garbage has been skipped over a couple times in the year we have lived here. However, when we call to let them know, their customer service is good, and they are good about sending them our way to get it.

I am happy we have a trash collection service! This service could use improvement as the collection service has now knocked over my recycling container twice and spilled the contents all over the street. In both cases the driver drove off. These are also the trucks I most frequently see debris flying out of the trucks when they are driving at higher speeds. Green trucks but not green in practice.

The people on the help line are always so nice.The drivers never miss a day.

Ive called and complained and nothing has changed. The driver picks up my trash and hangs onto it and puts it down in front of the neighbors driveway! What a jerk. And all the other trash cans are where their suppose to be. Why??

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with! Please save yourself the problems and use a different garbage company. My story is too long to tell!

Came to get my garage through Orem city and left a bag and a bunch of trash next to my bin... More like waste distribution what a waste of money for a service.

It was difficult and took a lot of time to try to be a good citizen and find out how to dispose of car window washer fluid, anti freeze, old paint, it took 2 phone calls and 8 different recordings and 20 minutes. Why is it so difficult?

Nightmare. Wheels broke on my green waste can. Called to schedule a swap. Told 3 days. 13 days and many calls later, still cant get them to do it. Can must be empty to swap. Waste piling up. Awful service!

On hold for 30 minutes never got ahold of any Representative and their website is totally worthless. They shattered my green trash can and left it on the curb side this morning...

If you want to be charged A LOT in overage charges and ripped off use this company!

WM trucks have leaked up and down our road multiple time over the years. Their lack of responsiveness and effort to clean up the fluid (hydraulic ?) is poor customer service. Now we have unsightly stains in various sections of our road. How disappointing...
