I have always had first class service at Johnstone supply. I usually don’t have a lot of time but they have always been able to meet my needs in a timely manner as well as providing great customer services and support.Ask for Antonio if you’re visiting their Orem location, he’s always a pleasure to work with.

The guy who answered the phone literally laughed at me when asked if they sold to the public. They cant even answer that question without being smug/rude. I understand that its probably asked a lot, but at least be polite.

They wont even sell to handymen either, have to be part of their protectionist guild.

Great supply house if you are a contractor. Dont try here if you are just s home owner. They will not help you.Go to Amazon, they will accept all customers. I guess you need to pay $400 to have a $15 part replaced.

Came in for a will call pickup & dealt with Gerald H. And was not impressed with his attitude or customer service. He seemed annoyed to help us and when signing for the pickup, as he was holding a pen in his hand, asked if we had our own pen, which I did not and he then tossed one at us on the counter from a drawer. Other staff seemed great would not recommend working with Gerald.

Interesting business model. If you dont have an account or youre part of the trade, we dont want your money. Nevermind that we could sell to you retail. And lets not forget that any employees wont even look up from their phones or computers for half a second to say hello.

Should be closed to the public. They only deal with contractors.

Bad service. One plumbing and heating store referred me to them when he didnt have the part I needed for my broken furnace. I went in, and they told me I would have to replace the larger component, and buy it in bulk, and be a contractor otherwise they still wouldnt sell to me.I would give less than 1 star if it were possible.

Great place for your service needs been shopping with Johnstone for over 20 years they got the parts HVAC technicians needed. Locations around the globe.

Very good service. They arent mean to be a retail option but they continually serve us businesses with great service.
