My husband and I booked a trip to Hawaii back in February for our honeymoon. With Covid we werent able to go when we originally scheduled so we opted for travel vouchers to use on a later date. That was over 4 months ago. We have yet to see any vouchers, we have yet to hear back from our travel agent, we have yet to get any information regarding our trip that was fully paid for back in February. Our emails go unanswered. Our knocks at the door of their business in Orem fall on deaf ears. We have called, emailed, showed up at their door, pleaded with them for any kind of response or answers and we are getting nothing. They have left us with no other alternative.
