My son left his pc here for about a month and a half ago and they won’t return his pc don’t come here these guys are very unprofessional and will try and lie to you if you need your pc or laptop fixed I recommend you go some where else it will save you the trouble

My laptop is still in this guys hands, and he just wont answer the phone, or reply to my messages. Its been almost a month since I left my laptop with them, but I have to response as to when itll be ready. I keep texting them and leaving messages asking for my laptop back but no reply. Im going to the cops to see if I can get my laptop back. They should be closed up!

In spring of 2019 I brought my laptop here for a simple fix I was told would take a few days but ended up taking a month due to some problems the business was having. The owner was professional and apologized, along with gave me a discount.However in the August 2019 I had the same problem with my laptop and brought it back to get fixed. Again I was told it would be fixed in under a week. After a month of very poor communication and avoidance I had to threaten with small claims court to get my laptop back because I needed it for school. And I still did not get my laptop back until late October. The commutation was VERY POOR unless I was threatening to bring them to court. They returned my laptop in worse condition than I dropped it off in. I would highly not recommend going here for laptop repairs. I had also talked to a couple other people that have had a similar experience.It ended up being a very simple fix that cost me $40 to order parts online. When the invise was going to charge me three times that.Overall a horrible experience.

Just tried to call these guys and got an answering machine. Then they called me back and said I guess you dont know how to answer the phone, with attitude and hung up. Then they tried calling me again at which point I blocked their number. Unhelpful and unkind.

Good service. Great price. Met my expectations and more. I tried 3 other PC repair places over the last 2 years or so, before landing on Tecdata. These guys will be my PC repair shop for life! Would highly recommend!!! 😃

I took my computer. They said it was fixed. I brought home. But it doesnt work. I called many times, left tone of messages and they never called back 😒. Very poor communication!!!

Handing off my laptop to someone else I didnt know felt very weird, but Tec earned my trust. Twice they didnt even bill me for what they fixed. I am reluctant to say this in a review, because one should not expect free service work from a professional... I want to thank Jason and Mike personally for their outstanding work! Had called to see if i could come in, showed up at the designated time just to have no one there. This happened twice. Very unprofessional

My pc has been there for over a month when they said it was supposed to be back in 2 days and when I go there they won’t give it back. Do NOT go here they will STEAL your things.
