4 years ago I brought a wool rug here. A thick Native all wool rug, that I rolled up and brought to them to dry clean. They folded it like a blanket. Creased it. Who folds a wool rug? It should be rolled.Now this year. My now wife, brought her wedding dress to get cleaned here and they tore the lace and ripped two buttons off the dress.Our nice hanger is gone. They gave the dress back on their hanger. They did not return the dress in the hanger clipped up the same way we brought it to them.Do NOT take anything here you care about.

Brought my wedding dress and they did a very poor job. I had to leave it twice. There were spots cleaned and spots left uncleaned and they just left me a note that said: some fabrics cant be treated (if its true they could have seen my dress beforehand). The bottom of my wedding dress was dirty when I came to pick it up from normal dirt walking and dancing around on my big day, and the old lady who gave me the dress asked me if my dress was too long that made me get it dirty. What? Does that matter when Im just trying to get it cleaned? I am paying again somewhere else to get it cleaned but definitely didnt have a good experience here.

Said they would send me a text when the clothes were ready. Never got a text. Dont come here unless you want to be decieved

I worked down the street so I would take my shirts and suits here to get them dry cleaned. They have really good prices and generally do a good job.

The staff is friendly and happy to help. The have the bridal gown cleaning, then storing box, which is brilliant! Easy parking, easy in and out. Fairly priced. The staff even decorated for Holidays‼️✨

I went there on a Saturday and had the worse customer service. I try them again and then I call at 8:03am and the lady comes to the front. She says they dont open until 8. Their clock said 7:55am and mine says 8:03. On top of that they didnt give me the garments I paid for. Good price and quality but poor service from their staff. Ill go elsewhere to be treated better even if it means paying more.

I absolutely love this dry cleaners. They always take such good care of me, their price is very reasonable, and they turn the clothes around quickly. Also, their service there is fantastic. One of their employees in particular, Rebecca, always greets everybody with a smile.

The staff are very friendly and they all know me by name. They have excellent prices and do a great job on shirts and dress pants. I had a purse I took to get cleaned and I wasnt satisfied with the results the first time, but everyone was very kind and helpful in making sure that it got done right and that I was very happy. I am pleased with Cleaning Solution and would recommend them to anyone.

Your prices are the lowest, and most important to me is my clothes come back clean, which I cant say for other cleaners. Your business has never misplaced my orders or not had them done on time.

If you value your clothing, DO NOT BRING IT HERE! They will permanently impair and ruin your clothing by writing your name in PERMANENT MARKER. Every other dry cleaner I have ever been to uses paper tags, or irons on a identifier. This dry cleaner will write on your clothing with sharpie, without even notifying you! After discovering the first shirts that I took there were vandalized, I called in and specifically asked for the remaining shirts in their possession to NOT have my name written with sharpie. Despite their assurances, sure enough when I came to pick those up... they were vandalized as well. They did not even spell my name right. So now the only way I can wear these shirts are tucked in, because my incorrectly spelled name is sloppily written in sharpie on the bottom. When you try to confront management, they will be rude, confrontational and aggressive. You truly get what you pay for; and at this establishment you are paying for a permanent blight on your clothing.

They told me when my dress would be ready to pick up I went in two days after their estimate and it still wasnt ready. If they called to let me know I would not have been upset but it was annoying to make the trip for nothing. The stain was not all the way removed. There was a note that any further treatment may damage the fabric. Does have good prices. Overall not that great.

These folks are the BEST! Not only are their turn around times awesome, but my articles of clothing come out perfectly clean! I dont know whats going on behind the counter, some sort of sorcery I guess, because my own mother couldnt even get my clothes this clean. Their prices are so cheap, I feel like Im taking advantage of them. Maybe I should go talk to my bishop?Anyway, bring all your dirty laundry to these folks. Theyre very nice and the girls are cute, too.

Never go to this place. Ive been going here for a bit & all of the sudden they start writing on my clothes in permanent marker. Totally unacceptable. Custom made clothes that cost over $100 and they have defaced them. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Dont go here, theyll ruin your clothes.

I have been using The Cleaning Solution for many years, and recently they went above and beyond to fix an issue. When I went in to pick up a suit, they informed me that due to a technical issue, my suit wasnt ready. This had never happened before (they have always been on time). I told them I needed the suit for a meeting the next morning. The owner met me at the store after hours so we could work out a solution. My suit pants were done, but the jacket still needed to be pressed, so she sent me home, spent another hour pressing the jacket, and then delivered it to me. Fantastic service. They are great to work with. I will continue to give them my business.

Great prices, but their service has gone downhill. The last 5 times Ive gone my clothes have been returned to me dirty. Looking for a new dry cleaner now.

We have taken suits, formals, skirts, sweaters and even a costume here to be dry cleaned. All have come back looking great. The staff has been helpful and friendly.

Dont go to that place, my first experience was horrible they changed my Perry Ellis suit for a cheap brand that didnt even fit me and they did not asume the mistake they made. The manager is very rude and there is no body else to talk to.Be aware of that place.

Brought two shirts, four ties and a pair of pants in. The pants and ties had stains on them. When I went to pick them up the ties and pants still had the stains. They couldn’t get any of them out. I told the cashier I was not going to pay for the pants or ties. She told me I needed to because they made their best effort to get them out. I told her I refused to pay for a service I didn’t actually receive. She called her supervisor and luckily the supervisor agreed with me, however when I finished paying for the two shirts I noticed a brown mark on the “clean” shirt that wasn’t there when I brought it in. I mentioned it to the girl and she said absolutely nothing, clearly having no concept of what customer service is. Save your time and money and go to a place that actually knows how to dry clean clothing and serve their customers.

I never have had MY items lost here, Others lost shirts and suit? always get it back when they say it will be back and they sure look better than before I take the items in.

What is up with dry cleaners these days? This one uses a manual system to file your claim ticket. When they mess it up (they have three times for me) they ask your name and ask you to come back later after they find it. Very nonchalant like it happens all the time and as if it is no big deal. I barely have time to pick up my cleaning, so irritating to have to return. The cleaning is usually decent but over the past year I have noticed a high rate of missing buttons, the collar button/hole is ALWAYS turned down where it will not stay upright behind a tie and on more than a few occasions I have had to return items to be redone because they were not cleaned. On two occasions, my shirts (forearm sleeve) had short tears in the material (how does this happen?). All of my shirts are excellent quality and should easily stand up to cleaning. On a positive note, employees are kind but they are not empowered to solve problems or provide refunds for sub par performance. Wont be going back...

I have gone to this place a handful of times but will not return. I was a repeat customer because it was close to my home and cheap, but they are unable to accommodate simple requests such as a front pleat. Gave them 3 tries and my pants always came back looking like khakis from Gap.

Dropped off a shirt a while back. The shirt was tan and was returned with several blue stains on collar and cuffs. Very obvious stains too so I was not sure why they would return it to me as if I wouldnt notice. After the owner attempted to refute my claim he wanted to try to clean it again rather than pay to replace it. They looked as if they would not come out and I was correct. He for the most part got the stains our however they were still visible and he claimed it was good enough. After 15 minutes of arguing he finally wrote me a check to cover the cost of replacing the shirt and then informed me my business was no longer welcome. I would go to the Asians across the street. Cheaper and they do a much better job in a far shorter period of time. No room for bad businessmen in this economy.

Quality of service - excellent. Girls at front desk are very polite and helpful to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive brought several of my husbands suits here. They are priced well, have done a great job, and have always had the items ready on time. I will be back!

I brought in two dresses, after bringing them in twice (there were new stains that were not originally there, or the stains were worse) they did not remove any stains, destroyed the belt on one dress and refused to give me a refund on the $20+ I spent there. I tried to come in severa times to get it taken care of but many of their staff were extremely unknowledgeable, did not properly mark stains, and gave me incorrect dates to pick up my items. Extremely disappointed, will not be returning.

Brought down a $350 dress to be dry cleaned and it came back having shrunk one and a half inches. The dress itself and the liner no longer line up and the dress is unwearable. Its obvious that water was used in the DRY cleaning process causing the dress to shrink. Suffice it to say I will never return.

The Cleaning solution has been my cleaners for quite a few years now. I like the pre paid drop off service for quick drop off and pick up. They do a great job with both work and dress shirts as well as my dry cleaning. Their location in Orem near Ridleys market is convenient and the employees know me by name.

STAY AWAY. They ruined 2 on my items one vest and one sweater. Both items ended up with a stained spot in the back shoulder area AND writing on my white shirts. A dumb way of keeping track, freaking amateurs, and they dont even ask for permission. Worthless place of business.

Prices are great, but I swear sometimes when I take things to be laundered, theyre not washing them. The clothes never smell clean.

Me and my family have been coming to this place for years but will never again.I went in today to get seven suits cleaned and instead I was treated to the rudest employee I’ve encountered in a long time.She was very condescending, rude, and hostile. I decided to take my business elsewhere where I won’t be treated like that.

Terrible cleaning. They actually WROTE my name on the inside of every one of the shirts I took in. WHY?! They were tagged, and now I have permanent marker on all of my shirts. I dont understand this at all. Stay away!

Slow and unmotivated service. Lost my clothes and then lied to me and harassed me on the phone. Dont bother.

Yes, these guys are cheap, but here is what you get for being frugal: They bust your buttons, dont get out stains that you specifically ask them to remove, and it takes way to long to get your shirts back!
