I used Storem Self Storage for a little over a year. Easy access off of 800 N in Orem made it an ideal place for me. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I love this place! my aunt had shared said that another family member uses it and loves it. I moved out day of and needed a place for about a month or 2 to store stuff until we moved elsewhere. we moved our stuff in that night, first month was free and they also pro rated it when I left beginning of the next month because I didnt use the whole month! sarah was easy to work with and so friendly! answered all my questions and made everything so easy! I definitely recommend this place!

I went to Storem in Orem while I was in between apartments. Sarah was a wonderful help every time and always attentive to my needs/concerns. The facility is safe, clean, and easy to use! My things are safe in my new apartment thanks to their services.

When I hear horror stories from others about experiences at other storage units, Im really glad I chose storem. I got a great first month deal, and theyve been very good to work with. I rent a unit from that store’m 1450 W 800N Orem, UT last year and my experience was very nice. I had the pleasure to work with customer service Veronica, she was very conceder and resolve my issues with no time .Again this year do it to construction on my sister house I have to move my stuff again and Veronica still there very polite, I have Guadalupe helping me today and again another food person was there just making my day very smooth and pleasant.This is why I look to work with people that I know before because if they treat me nice certainly I will be back and mentioning they’re business to those that I love . Because I know they treat them as they treat me.

Veronica was very professional and friendly when helping us to set up our new storage unit. She made sure it was clean and that all of our questions were answered. We had been referred by friends to Storem Self Storage and now we understand why. Very happy with the service we have received!

All outdoor/storage parking sites at the Stor’em Self Storage in Orem are superb. Each site is covered and are set up as easy pull-through sites. I have a fairly long travel trailer and this place accommodated my rig perfectly! While checking in at the front office you’ll want to ask for Sarah. Sarah made the check-in process fast, efficient, and explained everything perfectly well. I highly recommend storing your boat or RV here.

Chris was so helpful and sweet! We showed up to finish renting our unit we reserved online. Every time I called with questions about the rental process, he was the one I talked to. He was very clear about the rental policy and the terms and the costs. When we showed up, he was the one who helped us. He took us straight to our unit and made sure we were happy with the size and condition of the unit. He made sure it was clean and ready for us to move our stuff in right then. He even let me ride with him on his golf cart back to the office while my husband unloaded stuff into the unit so we could finish paperwork. He offered me a water while I waited outside (only 1 customer at a time can be in the office right now). So instead of having me just wait outside, he got the account finalized while I was waiting. I was super sweet and funny, a complete joy to chat with and work with. I was finally able to get into the office and we finished up everything super fast. I was able to email them the documents they needed, which saved me time going to a store to print them out. Then he gave me a ride back to the unit! He absolutely didnt have to, but he did because it was a hot day and my unit was a good distance from the office. He was AMAZING and made me feel like I mattered. Thank you Chris!

The sign posted said open til 10pm- we went to drop off a few things and arrived at 9:40, access was denied. If the facility isn’t actually open, why say it is?? Wasted a trip. Wish we would’ve known before storing here, we would’ve chosen somewhere else.

Ive never rented storage units before so I am a newbie . She Couldnt get over the fact that I didnt want a free month storage for calling her call center. I simply wanted to get set up now with regular monthly payments so I can move in on the 1st the month just do it regular .she was just on and on about how I needed to pay for the remainder of the month and I could get a free month for calling her call center . I walked over to her after putting the locks back on their display in the lobby and I told her you are wasting a lot my time. she said its up to you. and I walked out

Great and easy experience

I have never had a negative experience with Storem Self Storage nor with any of the personnel. As a matter of fact, every personnel with whom I ever worked has always given 110% of their time and gave me all they could do to assist me within their power with whatever I needed. The only problem Ive ever had was paying my bill online. However; the problem was easily solved by calling the Storage Co where my items are stored and the attendant answering my call immediately took care of my invoice over the phone. I only wish all my problems could go away as fast and easy as that!

The staff is generally easy to work with, and the facility is clean. It would be nice if the isles had mirrors to see around the corners to make sure accidents dont happen.

This place is great! I was able to trust them greatly with my items being stored here. Everything was easy about this place. In and out real quick. Moving out was a breeze as well. Definitely would recommend them.

I have used this location a few times to store all my belongings between moves and its been great each time. Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is always clean and taken care of, and their prices are usually better than the competitors. Access is easy and the hours are convenient. I have been rentin from this unit for year and I recently came back to rent it again! Chris was amazing.. completely thorough and incredibly nice and professional. Honestly felt like I was take care of while renting again! I recommend this place to anyone.. it’s great price and such nice staff!

The people here at the Orem Storem were wonderful in providing the assistance I needed as I downsized from two units to one. They provided the dollys and were very accommodating to our ever changing situation, which included cutting up our lock because we lost our key. Veronica was very patient, helpful and friendly.

I wouldnt recommend anyone using Storem Self Storage. They talked me into a larger unit than I wanted because they said my belongings wouldnt fit. They would have easily fit in the size unit I wanted. I would have downsized, but it was way too much work to move my belongings again. When it came time to leave, I called 30 days in advance to say Id be out on Feb 15. When I went to check out, they said they couldnt prorate things because it was after Feb 9. The day I checked out was Feb 11. So apparently giving them 30 days notice didnt do anything. Really disappointed they never brought this up when I gave them the notice in the first place. Simply put, the staff has horrible customer service. Dont go here unless you want to be jerked around by people who dont understand what customer service is. There are too many other good options to rent from a company that wont treat its customers like customers.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!If I could rate 0 stars I would!Calling their office each day just has a machine saying, no one is available to take your call and hangs up.Paid to move in at the end of a month, but they immediately charged another full payment on the 1st and said the first payment was just a fee.Dirty, shady, evil, rotten, disgusting business entity!!!!!

I stored with this company for 13 months between houses. They were great about sending me emails to remind me each month before I got late fees. Thank you! Whenever I did stop by the office, the staff was awesome to work with and very friendly! My stuff got a bit dusty while I was there, but considering it was in there for over a year it was not bad at all. They have rodent control boxes spread out along the units and I didnt have any mouse problems! Overall, awesome facility!

Al and Frank helped my fiance and I with our storage unit. No complications. They have locks there if you need them. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The storage unit was clean and ready for us. No complaints here!

I just signed up for storage with Mark and Tom and they were extremely helpful. They took time to show me around and explain how the agreements worked. They made me feel very comfortable to do business with their company and I hope that level of friendliness and service continues.

After some research I found this location to be one of the cheapest in the area. The staff was helpful. They require renters insurance, so take that into account when making your decision. One big downside is the dust that gets into the units, but since it is an outside location that is to be expected.

Cori M was super friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile to help me make sure I had the right sized unit for my things. I felt zero pressure and hey! As a triple AAA member I got 1 month free. Units are nice a secure and I have had no cleanliness issues.

Ive had a few storage units in my adventures but I can say hands down....this is the best one yet! This great storage facility is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and it has plenty of room to drive large vehicles thru, nobodys ever crowded and I even seen some RVs stored inside under weather protection onnings so that means they meet a lot of different kinds of needs for storage, which is really a good thing like when you want to store some things that normal places dont!! I will say it was hard to leave the guest office with the ladies up front and get on with my day because they were so nice, I felt almost family with them. If you guys need a storage this is the one you need, the pricing is great, the security is totally grounded with cameras and security gates with top notch concrete and steel doors for the storage units...I will say when I did get my storage here I was kind of worried that I wasnt going to get one because a lot of them were taken, but when our host mentioned over a thousand units on site... i was amazed. Great storage...great service, 5stars!

We have been renting here for just over 6 Months. We have really enjoyed our stay. We plan to do another 6 Months. The staff at the tIme was Lynda she was so kind and explained everything to us. We have had to change units to a larger one and it was so quick and easy. Looking forward to another 6 with Lynda and Storem.

Finally got the front gate fixed.

I kept our stuff there for 2 months and never had any problems. Very clean. I forgot to tell them I had moved out, and two weeks later I cancelled and they didnt even charge me for the extra two weeks. Friendly staff. Highly recommend them. My dad has also used them for years and never had any problems.

Do NOT rent from Stor Em in Orem Utah. They start out with one price, then consistently increase the price without a notice. I have rented a unit for a couple of years and they have significantly increased the pricing at least every 6 months. I am paying at least $80 more than when I started for the same unit. I mailed in my payment early this month as usual and they are refusing to cash my check stating I owe more money. I have not even received any notice of an increase on my rent and dont even know what the increased bill is. I just went to the unit to start cleaning out my belongings because I am done with this place and they have blocked my access. I would not recommend this storage place to anyone. The constant price increase is ridiculous and especially without any notice. Do not waste your time or money renting from Stor Em.Regarding the owners response (who is an attorney - go figure). I never received any notification of an increase in the rent - please prove to me that you send a certified letter and I signed for it. In further research, you sent the notice to an apartment address which the Post office returned to you (see my folder at the site which has a couple of returned letters in it). And after over 2 years of taking my payments, you havent noticed a different address on my checks? Sorry - didnt read you tiny print on the contract. Also, you have my phone number, why didnt you call for a new address instead of continually sending info to the wrong address which you knew was incorrect since the Post office kept returning your mail? Maybe more convenient for your price increases. Also, you returned my check to the same apartment address instead of actually looking at my check that has the correct address on it. So you cost me another $20 to do a stop payment on my check that you sent to an apartment address. And as far as the increase per industry - my family member rents a same size storage unit in American Fork Utah (not at Stor Em) for over the past 3 years and it has had only one increase - from $100 to $120 for the same size unit you are now asking $200 per month to rent. Also per other reviews posted, your site is more expensive than others in the area.

Wow, theses guys have been awful. They know about dozens of work orders but they never get done. They now require insurance on units. But when I had water damage due to poor maintenance three years ago they did nothing. I’ve been a loyal renter from them for 6 years and have had 9 different units with them. They raise the rent every six months like clock work. You would think they would want to keep the loyal renters and not run them off by constantly raising their prices. We had 5 units this month but at very different prices. We decided to part ways with them after all the issues and they would not prorate move out. They wanted to charge us the full months rent on all units with only being in from the 1st-12th. WHAT A JOKE. I offered to pay prorated rate for what was used but they said they would only take full months rent or take the units. Joke is on them they are all empty we just use them when inventory is heavy. Worst company ever. We are down to only one unit as of today and we can’t get it cleaned out soon enough. DO NOT RENT FROM OREM STOR’EM!!!!!! There are new units off Geneva and 1600 south Orem use them or someone else before Stor’em

Rented a small unit between housing. Staff was excellent, hours were reasonable, and the price was the best around.
