We have totally loved working with Chris at Caliber. He is super quick to respond and has always given great advice with not only our home and auto policies but life too. We have finally found an agent that is looking out for us.

I was looking for a larger umbrella policy and called progressive who insures some of my UTV’s, through another agent. This other agent has been fantastic but they have a cap on their umbrella policies that is less than I needed, which led to this referral. So progressive referred me to caliber select. I called them and spoke to Shanese who said she would find a quote and call me back. I received an email from her that said I would need to move all of my automobile and home policies to caliber select. Ok, so I immediately responded and included all of my current policies with Vin numbers addresses and details so she could provide me a new quote. Seven days went by with no response, so I emailed in to follow up. No response. Then I called in and spoke to, I believe, Lindsey who said Shanese was on a phone call. She apologized for the delays and said she would call me back by the end of the day. Three days later now, and still no response. If this is how they treat a free referral like, I can’t imagine how they treat customers already stuck in policies.

This company is FANTASTIC. They are very quick to respond, very professional, and are VERY customer service oriented. Since insurance is a hassle anyways, and most people dont know much about it (me) they were great at explaining everything, and answering all 500 of my questions! lol Lindsay is fantastic. Chandler always picks up when you call. He takes excellent care of our family and has gone out of his way plenty of times to make sure our needs are covered.

Jed has taken care of me for many years with no issue, over the past few months there has been Let Downs in customer service. I lost my debt card and had to replace it. I called in to up date payment information that Calvin took. Yet an insurance payment never posted. I have call several times to speak to Jed the owner with no response, or call back. I had to get insurance from competitor. I can no longer recommend caliber. The worst customer service that I have ever received from a small business.

Customer service? Never called me back twice now.
