The driver was very kind and nice!! I made a reservation to use the taxi to an amtrak station a couple days early. The train supposed to be there at 435 in the morning, but the train got delayed and I was notified a couple hours before I left home. I didnt want to cancel the taxi, so I just went ahead and hopped on the cab. However, there was no passengers to a train when we get there and I didnt feel safe staying at the train station by myself. The taxi driver asked me if I want to wait for the train inside of the taxi until his next appointment. The driver said that he didnt feel safe dropping me off at the station early in the morning. I ended up decide to come back home since the train was delayed more than 3 hours. He tried to make me feel comfortable and understood the situation. I felt safe and was glad that he was the driver. He even didnt charge me for the return trip to home. If I have to call a cab again, I will definitely use his service again!!!!

UPDATE: I continue to be so impressed with this service. We still use them and they are efficient, personable and so caring. 3/23/18Excellent service! on time, caring. We are on east coast and son is in utah. Nice to know such a caring company exists!!!! Will use again!

I was feeling sick in the morning and I called them about 7:30 and as soon as I can get dress and wash my face in call my hair the phone call ring and he said he was here. He showed me his integrity when I told him wow you got here real fast and he said well you gotta go to the hospital. Very nice guy I would call them again every time. Needless to say he few hours later drove me home Did everything the right way wouldnt change a thing. Thank you city taxi.

Had contacted them about getting picked up at the airport and they confirmed they would pick us up. Once we got there, we got a text message from them stating, sorry, we are booked, cant pick you up! So we were left stranded. Called other taxis and they were all busy too. Finally 2 hours later got a ride. Never again will I fly there or use City Taxi! HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Worst taxi experience in my life way too expensive Ive traveled all over the United States to big cities and small cities and never have taken a taxi so expensive $3 for the drop fee and $2 per mile ... arent taxi supposed to be only 10 to 30 cents per mile? When I get there its definitely been less than a mile so Im like okay five bucks and Ill give him $6 because I have extra dollar, just to be nice .... but when I get there he says oh well its a $8 minimum ride but he never mentioned that when I asked him what the price was. A complete rip-off when I literally only went around the corner and I will never take a taxi here again!!!! stick with Uber and save some money. The only reason I didnt call Uber is because I needed to put more money in my bank account. I will never call a taxi in this area again in my life! He had the nerve to tell me to get out of his car if its a rip off and called another taxi company in my front of my face asking him will how much his drop fee is and they guy said $5 .... Im like you have to be kidding me you guys are ripping people off. STICK TO UBER WAY BETTER!!!!!!!
