They did an absolute great job. The reason why I switched back to h&r block is I had a very bad experience last year with Liberty tax. I highly recommend the lady that I had was very knowledgeable and gave great advice.

First they took the appointment out of my name and used my husband. Thats called being a sexist. And then it took over a month for them to file my taxes jointly with the hubby. The purpose of making an appointment was a complete waste. Then i was charged an outragous fee for waiting for them to get there poop together so my taxes can be filed. It should have been free. Ive asked around. I wont be back next year. I miss the guy that helped us before on multiple occasion. He was nice and there was no run around.

Friendly, fast, asked questions and answered. No wait. I tried to do it again this year on-line, but couldnt figure something out, so I thought I might as well get it done right.

Linda was fabulous. Actually brought Joy in doing taxes.

I had been doing my own taxes for over 30 years but started at H&R Block several years ago for the audit protection during a contentious divorce; I continue to return due to the relationship Ive built with my tax specialist. Tedda knows what shes doing and makes the whole tax process easy; the nominal fee H&R Block charges is well worth the peace of mind (and I like their upfront pricing).

The person helping me with my taxes was awesome and she was able to assuage my tax anxiety and actually find me a way to an actual tax return! I was shocked and totally relieved. Besides the fact that she was entirely able to speak about taxes in a way that I could better understand.

Not all tax professionals are created equally. I had an awful experience. It took months to correct an error that was made on their behalf. The stores manager never returned my calls except extremely late in the evening and left a voice message for a call beck which was not answered till months later. The reason Im giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager Erin King paid for my previous year taxes and personally mailed it which she was a half hour late for our appointment. I will never come back to this location nor will I recommend this location. Extremely unprofessional.
