Great experience. Friendly and hospitable. Their pool and waterfall is amazing!

Polite but poor service. If you want someone to spend 5 minutes at your home checking chemicals. They are fine. If you need a service to actually clean the pool each week you get lip service.When I hired them. I was certain to bring them over to my home have them check out our pool firsthand to quote for full service. We got assurances and platitudes our pool would be hands off for us with full service. I specially asked about weekly brushing as this was the main reason we fired out last pool guy. They assured us this was included. Sure enough after a month and the water was clean. No more bruising. Typical 5 minute stop. Heck chems dump chlorine if needed then gone. I know this as we have cameras covering our whole back yard. When I asked what was happening. I got an answer that stunned me. “We brush off needed”. When I asked well then how do you know if ots needed? Crickets. I would not recommended you want service beyond chemicals check.

We have been with Clarks for 13 years. They have taken care of all our needs quickly end efficiently through the years. Susie truly is a joy to know and we love her visits.Thank you for making our day for so many years!
