I have been with Dr Thomas since he took over from Dr Johnson.Every time I have an appt. he is always so welcoming, easy to talk to, funny and serious when needed. He always puts me at ease and asks during the procedures if I’m ok. I can not find a better dentist and I will be their patient for as long as I live.

Ive been going here for years. I love the whole staff. They do a great job and work well with each other. Dr Thomas even pops in during cleanings to ask how Im doing.

I highly recommend Dr Thomas and his staff at family dentistry. The front desk is welcoming and professional, the facility is relaxing, clean and subtly stylish. The professional staff are engaging, knowledgeable, calm and confident. Ive been here several times for cleanings, filling and Ive always felt each experience was efficient, effective and quality dental care . I leave knowing more on how to take care of my teeth, gums than when I walked in to my appointment. Recently, Ive had fillings and it has been done with a laser. No large painful needle with a couple hours of numbness. I think Family Dentistry is really top shelf and is committed to providing a high quality care experience .

Dr Thomas and his Staff are amazing! I am not a fan of visiting the Dentist on a regular bases due to being traumatized 50+ years ago. Dr Thomas goes out of his way to make my experience the BEST. Today I was surprised with the ease of a state of the art machine that is able to put fillings in using a Laser, no pain what so ever and I mazes myself by being such a good patient. They truly are the BEAT in the area. My family and I have been going here since Dr Thomas opened his practice. Before that we went to Dr Johnson who retired; I think it’s a real testament to Dr Thomas to have the same wonderful staff follow him over from DrJohnsons Office when he retired. Amazing, second to non Dentist operation. The work together as a well oiled machine at the level of surgical precision of an hospital operating room. Not only that but their bed side manner, professionalism and friendliness is so uplifting. I have been to a few dentists in my time and I can tell you this you dont know till u know..Do your self a favor and have the best care...its right here..I am a client for life. Dr Thomas fixed a problem I had have with my previous dentist in the first visit. I had been dealing with my previous dentist for YEARS with this problem. They couldn’t get it right. When I really needed help they couldn’t get me in for a week and this was well before the pandemic. I really enjoy going to Dr Thomas, I always feel comfortable and everyone here gets to know you. A really comfortable atmosphere, it doesn’t feel like you are at a dentist office. I am definitely happy here.

Dr. Thomas is a dentist in the prime of his career who is still very much involved with advancing the practice of dentistry. I had a cavity filled without the hassle of traditional injections thanks to his use of the Solea laser. Definitely the least painful filling I’ve ever received. Not to be overlooked Edie and Anna top notch RDA’s. Zero complaints with the professional front desk staff (Aveena, Alex, Monica and Rachel) who have been on top of it from my initial phone call. If they hadn’t been...I might have went to one of the other four dentists I called when I moved to Orangevale. Thank you!

Dr Thomas and his staff are fantastic. Have been seeing Nicole for close to 20 years. Will not go to anyone else. The Dr. is the best. He always has my best interest at heart. We were local for 30 years, moved to Nevada recently. We will drive 2 hours to see them. Worth the drive!

Well - all I can say is perfect, as always. Dr. Thomas and his staff take very good care of their patients. Dental work is discussed as to need and cost. When I have to have work done I know that there is a real reason for it. My hygienist is personal and attentive, with sound knowledge of her profession. I have been going there for years and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I was a registered dental assistant for six and a half years and worked for many dentists and with many assistants, and hygienists. This office is filled with the creme of the crop. Dr. Binu is amazing! Everything about this man makes me smile. His staff is top notch, extremely helpful and professional. Yesterday I needed to have some old leaking fillings redone and I was floored by the new technology used in this office. They are using the Solea laser for fillings and more. NO ANESTHETIC! Thats right, no shots given and we did fillings on my upper and lower jaw in one sitting. The only thing I felt was the cold sensation of the water on the tooth other than that....NO PAIN!!!!!! I cant stress this enough, if youre looking for a new dentist I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND making an appointment with Dr. Binu.

My wife and I started seeing Binu Thomas, DDS because our last dentist went over our insurance coverages a couple of years ago. I have three dental insurances and at the end of 2019 I was told that I still had plenty of coverage left for a crown replacement. I told the representative in the office that I could wait a couple of months if I was pushing my maximus. I was reassured that I was fine. However, I just received a bill in February, 2020 claiming that I now owed around $300. I contacted the office and talked with a representative named Missy who told me that the procedure was just a quote. I reminded her that we began using their office because of the same problem. She remember and, once again, told me that it was just a quote and that I still owed the money. I canceled any scheduled appointments and am looking for a new dentist. I was shocked by the apparent profit over patient care. Especially since I had a verbal agreement and was told that I was covered.

Dr. Thomas and the team goes above and beyond. They are kind, encouraging, knowledgeable and they will do everything to help you! I had a great first time experience. If you are looking for a good dentist, look no further. Check them out!!! You will be thankful that you did!-Georgiana

If he is doing some work on your teeth his often asks about your comfort level to ensure that you are not in pain. The office understands everyones situation and is willing to work with you and wont do anything that is unnecessary. Not only did Dr. Thomas take great care of my Dad who had Alzheimer making sure he was out of pain first and foremost, he also placed an implant for me and was always asking me how I was doing throughout the whole procedure. Ive never had a greater Dentistry experience than I have had here. The Staff are incredible from top to bottom, assisting me whenever and wherever they can. Care was excellent. I was late to appointment and they were very accommodating. I had my teeth cleaned and a filling completed in no time. They used a laser Solea laser system in lieu of traditional anesthetic medicines. It was painless. When done I felt no grogginess and was able to carry on the rest of my day normally, without hinderance or numbness. The office also had comfortable reclining chairs and a selection of refrigerated waters, as well as K cup coffees. Recommend 100%.

Professional & all around Positive Experience!

Have been going to Dr Thomas for years for my dental needs. Not only do they have top notch and friendly staff, but they continue to seek best practices with more modern and tech savvy equipment. I recently had a small cavity to contend with, and with the use of the new Solea machine, what used to take more than an hour and require numbing, now took less than 20 minutes, with no numbing or medication required! Can’t say enough good things about the Thomas Family Dentistry!

As per usual in the care of Dr. Thomas and his superb staff, this was a great experience. I, my entire extended family and many of my friends have grown accustomed to this kind of extraordinary treatment from this excellent dentist. About the only thing I can think of that could be done to make this an even more satisfying experience would be to offer it to me for free because of my loyalty, my numerous referrals, and the fact that I am such a great guy!

Great experience with Dr. Thomas and his staff! Im kind of high maintenance and need to schedule my appointments like month(s) in advance. Monica was so accommodating and helpful, she emailed me the new patient forms to fill out and was very responsive. The office itself is really clean and everyone was really friendly. My hygienist, Julie (?), was also really friendly and thorough, I think this is the cleanest my mouth has ever been!Dr. Thomas has a good sense of humor and is also really straight forward. I appreciated that he told me about my cavities and also places that he was just going to keep an eye on. It was nice not to be told that I need things done that I didnt really need yet.Thank you guys!

Ive been going to this dentists office since I was 5 years old. I am now 31. I have never had a single bad experience in all my time going there. If you are at all nervous about going to see the dentist, rest assured you will be at ease when you go see Dr. Thomas and his staff. Dr. Thomas is a very gentle and caring man. He really makes sure you are comfortable while you are getting work done and his work is amazing. His attention to detail is impeccable. He is a very skilled dentist. Anna is so personable. And Nicole and Lori are the best dental hygienists in the business when it come to cleaning your teeth. Dr. Thomas, Anna and Lori saw me and my 9 year old son for routine check ups and fillings. They were all wonderful. Even the ladies at the front desk, Monica in particular, are very personable. My son had a bad experience at another dental office and was very anxious going in at first. Dr. Thomas was great with my son; calming, very patient and walked us through each step of the exam and filling appointments. We never felt rushed. Today I was the first patient to get a filling with the new Solea laser. It was an unbelievable experience, no anesthesia, no needles and absolutely no pain. If you have a aversion to needles, this is the fix for you. The procedure was also very fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that was with all my questions about the laser. The staff was very good with answering all those questions.

My dentist of 26 years retired several years ago and Ive been floating around for three years trying to find one as capable and trustworthy as he was. Dr. Thomas is that dentist.I broke a tooth and visited him to have it repaired. Its hard to describe ANY dental procedure as a great experience but I was made to feel so confident in the professionalism and friendiness of Dr. Thomas and his staff that I knew Id finally found my dentist. In addition to a crown, I had a cleaning and X-rays, all completed with efficiency. His office staff is similarly capable and their online appointment confirmation messages ensure you dont miss a visit.I strongly recommend that you give them a try!

Most recently I had to have a few cavities filled - I have always been terrified of the dental drill and lidocaine injections. A week prior to my cavity appointment, Dr. Thomas reached out to me to share the wonderful news that they had the new Solea laser available - I was floored and flooded with excitement to the point of looking forward to this amazing experience! Yes, having a cavity fixed with a laser is an amazing experience as no local anesthetic is needed - absolutely no needles and no pain. Dr. Thomas is the BEST practice around!

Dr. Thomas really knows what he is doing. Takes the time to keep you informed and completes his work with dignity and professionalism. The office is clean comfortable and well equiped with the latest most profecent equipment. However Dr. Thomas does not spend frivolously on wiz bang equipment that does not make the treatments any better. If you want outstanding dental work by and outstanding dentist with out all the geewiz bang stuff that really does not aid in the work then Dr. Thomas is the place to go.

A dentist office is not a place I generally looking forward to visiting, but the staff always make it as pleasant as possible.

I just got a filling and I didn’t have to get numb but instead a laser machine, Solea, was used on my tooth and I didn’t feel any pain:).
