Place is good but hell theyre never open when theyre supposed to be. Just drove all the way here to see a sign on the door telling me to drive all the way to Rancho. Like cmon gas aint cheap now days. I rushed here to make it before 6 because Google said they were open. Super frustrating. This isnt the first time either. Do better. Like show up for work.

Alyssa is awesome! Super sweet, quick, Knowledgeable and can tell she genuinely cares for those that come into her center. She went above and beyond, taking extra time to help me get information I needed to get my cash advance. Shes done the same in the past when I needed to cash my payroll check after my bank closed. She even remembered me by name when I came in on my next visit. If you need help with your financial crunch shes definitely who you should go see!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place! My review is particularly for Alyssa. She’s been the one helping me with my loan and has been absolutely patient, compassionate and understanding with me. Because of her, I was able to do payment arrangements to payback my loan. That’s the beauty of it, when you have people like her who are willing to work with you and your financial situation, it makes it all better. I would highly recommend you all go to this branch and get your loan there because they truly do care for their customers and will work with you. Just be honest, stay on top of payments and communicate with them! :) Best branch ever!

Love this place when in a tight spot. Always friendly and helpful staff.Alyssa rocks it with her A+++ customer service. She is always able to accommodate me if I have any restraints with anything.Highly recommend going here if you ever find yourself in a jam and in need of some extra funds to get you through til payday.

A Check Cashing store that doesnt cash checks! Rendering it effectively useless to me or anyone else who just wants to cash a paycheck like a normal tax paying citizen! Seriously, I tried to cash a paycheck here and they refused the check saying there was suspicious activity on the account the account there referring to being my employers payroll account that has never had an issue in the past with any of their 100+ employees. I work with the owners every day, they actually put in work with the rest of us, not exactly shady or suspicious characters, more like hard working small business owners.

I wasnt able to cash a check after waiting 30 minutes. I was told the machine was broken. I soon realized my check was ripped and stepped on after giving it back to me. I cant believe she did that and sent me on my way. I wont be back.
