I was very impressed with the level of customer service from Car Protection Pro. I bought a new car two weeks prior to relocating to the east coast. I wanted to buy a clear bra for my car. After thoroughly researching online and calling local shops for a quote Car Protection Pros had the best pricing and customized products to fit my car. Options as detailed as would I like the sensor cut outs for the front bumper or not. On top of that they called to make sure I was getting the right products to fit my needs. Plus I needed my order expedited they had my order in the mail within 48 hours of placing my order! I would highly recommend Car Protection Pro and I will be a return customer!Only downside is they prefer to use USPS (my order did arrived on time) but I personally prefer UPS in my opinion UPS has better customer service and is a reliable freight carrier. They did mention UPS would be more expensive. I am not sure the exact price difference but the company I work for almost exclusively uses UPS and they are extremely reliable and we get fair pricing.

Ordered a PPF Kit from these guys and was going to have professionals in my town install it as my wife did not trust me to do a good enough job on her vehicle. Talked to the Professionals and they said the 3M product is not as good as it used to be with one Professional stating they used the product until a year ago and then quit using it as they were having issues and warranting the product. I called requesting and RMA and figured I would need to pay a re-stocking fee and was told it was a custom kit and that there are no returns. So beware and do not use these guys or buy from these guys as customer service is not a strong suite of theirs as they take advantage of the situation.

I purchased a front end kit with the optional trunk edge protection. The front end was great, but they cut the trunk edge for a different model, and it does not fit! I tried to contact them and have received NO response from them. They are clearly not into customer service, only selling a product which may or may not fit. This was my second kit purchased from them and my only issue, too bad they chose to ignore, I will find another seller now.

This is my third vehicle I have taken to have protection film installed by Car Protection Pro however at this time it was not of the automotive breed, it was my new BMW R1250GS/A motorcycleThe owner Bob, gave extreme attention to detail with the tricky angles of the center portion of the tank and he made sure the side pieces were applied to my satisfaction.I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

Worst customer service ever. Received damaged film and they tried to blame it on shipping. The film was damaged throughout in the consistent pattern that obviously happened before shipping. They still insisted it was a shipping issue and after sending pictures tried to claim nothing was wrong with the film. It was gouged and creased in dozens of locations, they refused to refund the product as well. There are dozens of other companies that you are better off dealing with. Picture shows just a small part of the damage. rather than just admit that they sent a damaged piece they put up a fight and try to insist nothing was their fault. Very nasty and condescending.

Our new car is black, first black one weve had. We got the film with the partial hood. The wife did not like the line. Bob went the extra mile for us. Took the film off and we did the Optic Coat instead. Had a small area that needed a touch up, he took care of this right away. So nice to have found a place that cares for what they do and do a great job. Would not hesitate coming back.

Don’t buy anything from these guys (CROOKS)! Purchased a clear bra from these guys on eBay. They took their time in shipping the item, then shipped it USPS where it was delayed for 5 days,, and when I finally receive the product it is of horrible quality. Requested a return and it was denied.

I would highly recommend using this company. We have had our office windows tinted - came out fantastic! We have also had three vans sign written, a monument sign and an A frame! I bought a kit for my new H-D Ultra Limited from Car Protection Pros. The kit was shipped quickly and the pricing was around $100 less than comparable products from other vendors. I tried to self-install and messed up one piece. Bob was great about sending me a replacement piece for a very reasonable price.One tip - installing this product, at least on a motorcycle with lots of curvy parts, is not an easy task. If you attempt yourself be sure to watch the videos and go slow. I ended up hiring a local 3M installer to put on the parts for around $200. The finished product looks good - nearly invisible - and should keep help keep the rock chips at bay for a few years.

Outstanding to buy from! I received a confirmation email from Bob and literally two days later received the kit in the mail. For the DIYer who is looking to who is looking to save money and install the kit yourself, these are the go to guys. Superior customer service and product support!!!!

First Clear Bra installation was done very poorly. They claimed it was 3Ms fault and would make a warranty claim. They agreed to replace the clear bra. When I picked up the car, they told me the new one was defective too and it was. They said they would order a third one and get back to me soon when it could be installed. They never contacted me again and Ive tried to reach them multiple time. I called 3M for help and they told me there were no warranty claims from Car Protection Pros for my car. It was likely bad installations and Car Protection Pros were blaming 3M. Buyer beware.

Bob Newton @ CPP hooked me up with the 3M paint protection kit for a brand new 2012 Honda Pilot, bought the kit to protect hood, bumper, fenders, headlamp, mirrors & the full lower panel 12 of all four doors. If you love your ride - old or new, 3M is the way to go. If you cant afford pro installation, buy the DIY kits, if youve ever worked on tint film around your home or a vehicle, you can surely do this, just follow the instructions.
