This place is horrible. I called just to make sure all my information was correct prior to filing and they wouldn’t even assist me. You would think they would be able to provide their customers some sort of confidence and explanation especially if you are a returning customer from the past 3 years but apparently according to the front desk the lady is “perfect” that she doesn’t need to review the information with her clients. Basically they can charge you for an estimate but then won’t assist you after the fact.*In response to the business 04/09/2019:Maybe you should check your records prior to responding as I have had all my tax prepared and filed by Serratos Casa Express for the past 3 years and I have the documentation to back it up. The reasons for which the taxes were not filled were for personal reasons as well as discussed with the person that was providing the estimate. Please make sure you have your facts straight. First of all why would I call to get assistance to file my documents from a different service provider such as Turbo Tax. One, there is no benefit from a business stand point to assist and even I can understand that. Second, I do not look to leach off and get free service from anyone or have any intent to do so. I merely wanted to review certain information with the one of your experts and get a sense of confidence since the information did not make any sense to me after I had left the office. I had full intent to file with your business but not after how the situation was handled. Its no surprise the business has such poor reviews on Yelp.*In response to the business 04/10/2019Funny how the business went back and made an adjustment to their response after I fact checked all their statements and proved them to be false. Ive been coming here with my family for years. Its a bit hidden but we lived down the street by Handy so thats how we found it. I relocated in 2015 to Mission Viejo but still make the trip out to Orange. Their prices have gone up over the years but theyre definitely competitive and offer family discounts. Just ask! My only advice is that it would be great if they took appointments. But other than that Im happy!

I needed to notarize a document urgently on Sunday. All places where closed! I stumbled by this place at the Stater Bros shopping center. They quickly notarized! Simple and cheap.

I had a power of attorney notarized onsite at their office. The notary pointed out a mistake and saved me additional time and money. Great service.

Since 2014 doing taxes and to date I have not had any problems.

They will be open 7 days a week all year round. They help respond to letters from the IRS.

I used to make them in another place and the IRS did an audit. I came to this office and they helped me solve everything. They are trustworthy! Habren also on Sunday all year.
