I went in to have my fluids topped off. The service was EXCELLENT. He took care of everything, and offered to check my tires. While checking he found a nail in my tire. I was grateful he let me know. I have been goi g to this Jiggy Lune for 10 plus years, and I have always been very pleased.

I have 6 vehicles Ive been bring here for years. I always come here due to the service records. Most of the staff is friendly, but theres one guy that alway has an attitude about everything. And lately hes been the guy Ive dealt with so from now on Ive found a small mom & pop shop ill give my business to since I feel Im more of a bother then a customer idk about these franchise chains with rude management ill just be a bother somewhere else thats glad to have my business.

This place always has coupons for oil changes. They always do a 10-15 point check on your car (windshield wiper check, fill windshield wiper fluid, radiator fluid, put air in tires, check filters, check all lights are working, etc). This Jiffy Lube always has the friendliest workers and will answer all questions and even check more things on your engine if you ask.

They changed my oil just fine, but they ran tests on other important parts and found two separate leaks and quite a bit of other things also. My car was so dirty that on the list of repairs, he put “wash the windshield”.

I sent my 18 year old daughter to get her oil changed at this location. The service technician was rude and short with her when she asked questions about the type of oil she should use and if coupons were accepted.

Back in May around the 18th I went to get my car serviced before a giant drive and move from Yorba Linda to Eugene. I told them specifically to check my tires and air pressure. The next day I loaded my trunk (literally just clothing, nothing crazy) and saw my back tire looked a bit wonky thought it was from the weight and almost ignored it because you know, Jiffy lube just inspected my vehicle and tires. As I started driving it just felt off so I went to Costco. Guy there informed me I had a slow leak in my back tire and if I wouldve taken it onto the freeway couldve had a blowout and would need it replaced.So if you want 0 piece of mind before a long trip and put yourself at risk for a fatal collision on a CA freeway after paying to have your car serviced go here.

Went there to get an Uber/Lyft vehicle inspection and the worker there so rude. I don’t know why anyone would consider going here. He had so much attitude and was not helpful at all. Don’t come here for your vehicle inspection. All the workers there were very rude.We were told that the inspection would start a certain time and when you get there during their hours of operation, they tell you they’re not providing the service at that time! Why tell a customer to come only to make time to go and show up and be rejected of services. You’re wasting your time here. And everyone will be very unkind and rude to you. If he can’t be nice to his customers, why even work at a customer service job?

Marjorie, Miguel and Omar did a professional job on my vehicle and treated me and my dog well. Took me in 10 minutes to closing... and Marjorie identified and located a major coolant leak on my Toyota Rav4. Thanks to her, my engine and transmission have been saved and the Dealership fixed the leak for $350 instead of $8k. You got pizza coming Marjorie.

If you want to be told you need repairs that you DO NOT need this is the place to go. I will NEVER set foot in this shop again. I was told my license plate lights were out, that my rear disc brake pads needed to be replace and that the coolant was low. I allowed them to supposedly fill the coolant. I checked the license plate bulbs and they worked (and still do 2 months later) Great. I have had my car for a year. When I checked the brake pads myself they were in GREAT shape. They said they added coolant. But I have serious doubts they did

I was here months ago for my Dodge van Lyft inspection and I was helped out by Gabriel, months later I came back here to get my Jeep compass inspected for Lyft surprisingly Gabriel was here on a Saturday this guy is awesome he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful he deserves everything positive coming his way. Staff is not very inviting and the place was not very clean. I usually go to a Jiffy Lube near my place of business in Irvine and the level of service, comfort, and upkeep of the facility is a night and day difference.

Ive been taking my car here for years and I feel that theyre very honest and do a good job at this particular location. I wont say that all Jiffy Lubes are great but this one in particular off of Katella is really good.

This is the cleanest Jiffy lube over ever been in. The fastest service Ive ever had a jiffy lube. Was a good experience. The main dude was pretty funny. I felt as if there were some technical difficulties though.

The service here is outstanding! I was helped immediately by a friendly worker and my car was serviced quickly, but carefully and thoroughly. The pricing for liquids and filters is pretty accurate, if not cheaper, as well. I highly recommend this location!

Was told 3 different prices, so I was completely surprised when I paid about 90 bucks just to have these techs change the oil (~25 or so bucks worth of oil and filter) and pop in a new cabin air filter (10 bucks at walmart). I CLEARLY STATED THE FILTER WAS NOT TO BE CHANGED. I was charged nearly 50 bucks for a service I not only didnt want, but explicitly asked to not be performed.

They are quick to perform oil changes, the waiting area is clean, and while they do offer additional services after an inspection of your vehicle, there are no high pressure sales tactics.I once heard a service tech at a different location (near Disneyland) tell a patron that there engine could blown up if he didnt change his spark plugs, so trust me, its nice to walk into a shop that doesnt try to play hard ball when attempting to sell additional services.The manager is a good man and will treat you fairly. He has a passion for the automotive industry and has plenty of experience to back that passion. If you need an oil change and youre in the area, give this JiffyLube a try.

Came in for an oil change and left and long life customer. Scary thing happened, oil cap came off while driving at some point??? and was spraying everywhere under the hood. The techs saw the problem and offered solutions. The owner got on the phone to call around for a replacement; he even called the dealership. Luckily, it was hiding under the hood. They took care of me from there with excellent service and explained all my options and I was on my way in under 20 minutes.

Got brakes done at jiffy lube on katella in front of home depot. Went back to get e brake adjusted wanted to charge me $100 on top of the $650 I payed for brakes. Guy that works there with all the tattoos is a tool . I recommend anywhere else but here.

I filled out the form requesting a lube and oil change at the Jiffy LUBE on Katella in Orange. He quoted me a price, took my keys and pulled the car in. When done I went to pay and saw that they only did an oil change for the price quoted. I told him I requested a lube and he said we dont do lube jobs. Great time to tell me. Sorry I wasted my time there.

I got my breaks done here just walking in last min. It’s a corporation “jiffy lube” right so I thought how bad could it be. They price quoted me at close to 300 so I’m a women who knows not a lot about cars but I knew that’s was high so I said never mind it’s ok I’ll go somewhere else. He then said oh wait I can give u a discount an quoted me like 2 something I still felt that’s high so I said u know what I will just go to the dealership. Finally he wouldn’t let me leave an gave me a deal for 165 I believe or around that price an I thought ok I guess since he’s being so persistent but I was still questioning how he can jump prices like that. Anyway they finished the service an I left an a week later I’m at the dealership for a routine inspection an they let me know I need brakes! My husband took my car in for an oil change and we had to bring it back due to the filter bring loose and leaking oil. Just earlier today, I had made a decision to put a voluntary breathalyzer in my car because I am a recovering alcoholic and struggling with my alcoholism. I wanted to prevent any potential dui or even worse, drinking and driving and killing myself or someone else. When we arrived today, husband let the technician know that Id have to start the vehicle using the device and asked him to be discreet about it. About 5 minutes later, two male employees loudly announced that they needed me to start the car with my drunk driving thing in it and they both laughed out loud at me and made comments loudly while I went through the process. I have never felt so humiliated and I hope no one else ever has to have an experience like I had today.

I went there today maybe 15 min before closing time. I just needed to get my oil topped off. The crew including the manager Abraham were standing in the garage counting the seconds on clock. None of them looked happy to see me pull up at that time. The same guy he complimented my car the last time I was there asked if I have ever been then before. I replied yes and instructed to go have a seat inside. Shortly after one of the crew members came in to tell me that I could not get topped off because I use synthetic oil & im was over the 3000 mile limited. I explained to him that I get my oil changed every 5000 miles and they should know that since everytime I come they reset timer. At that time he went to get Abraham which turned out to be waste. He pulled up my info on there system. I told him that I went to another Jiffy Lube the last time I got an oil changed and the systems should be linked. He stated that its not showing and he has no reason to lie. I replied thats a great attitude to have when your speaking to a customer that pays $109 per oil change. I wish I was a secret shopper I would have fired the whole crew on the spot. Needless to say I will never spend another penny there! Terrible customer service!

Went for an oil change I use full synthetic. I made the mistake of not checking my oil before I left.... checked it when I got home and it was black!!! It was a long time since my last oil change so I figured maybe it was just that bad .... until the next day. My check engine light came on!!!! At this point I was not going to come back to Jiffy lube whats the point? Went straight to dealership where a REAL mechanic works and my oil pressure switch is out now... hmmm it was fine before I went to jiffy lube and that was with dirty oil.... HMM!!! Had them repair it and I CHARGED BACK jiffy lube because it was clear they did something wrong and the evidence was on my side well guess what??? I got new tires yesterday and I had to get another oil change because my oil was leaking due to a filter not being on correctly. STAY AWAY FROM JIFFY LUBE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! GO TO A REAL MECHANIC!!!!

Left my oil filter loose on my truck. Within a few weeks of having my oil changed I heard a lifter making noise in my truck. I checked the oil, it was low and found the oil filter not even on hand tight, leaking oil. Dont trust them. Do it yourself or find a mechanic you can trust!!

Very bad experience. my cars engine started shaking the day I took it for my oil change and I asked the guy to please check on that. then the guy said that changing my spar plugs was gonna solve my problem and nothing, I paid $300 bucks and my car was still really bad. they lied to get that service done even though they knew it wouldnt solve my problem. very very bad. So we are clear on my experience with this company. Ive been coming here for a few years and had some problems in the past, but nothing like what I experienced today. I arrived on Sunday at 1:20pm and waiting for someone to tell me how much the bill would be, at 1:38pm they told me it would cost $250 to change my oil, oil filter and fuel filter. My truck is a diesel F250 and this amount is not uncommon. However, what happened next was very uncommon.I noticed the time and it was 2:40pm and also noticed the tech. was having problems with starting the engine. I asked him what the problem was? He stated they had lost prime on the fuel and it was hard to get back. Losing prime on most diesel engines is not the same as a gas motor. It takes some effort to get fuel from the fuel tank to the motor. after the prime has been lost. It was clear they had no idea on what they where doing and I was becoming more and more upset since this is my only vehicle. The loss of this vehicle for just one day can be very costly in repairs and income. I told the tech, if they could not get the truck started they would have to pay the towing and repair bills plus my lost wages. Now Ive been there for more then 2-1/2 hours waiting for them to get the truck started. I walked over again and asked the tech if they made any progress. I was shocked by his comment Yea, we are searching the Internet to see how to fix the problem Now Im thinking they do not know what they are doing and having them change the fuel filter was a bad idea.They get the truck started and discounted my bill $21 for the additional wait time. Really? $21 dollars for an additional wait time 1-1/2 hrs. OK, now Im upset and wanted to vent my anger but no need since I was never going to give them my money again in the future.Well if you think that was bad you should hear what happened next.I drive the truck down Katella Ave. and the censors started coming on Low Fuel Pressure followed by Low Power, Reduced Power followed by Engine Shuts Off at 45 mph approaching intersection. I got the truck restarted and drove back to Jiffy Lube. I talked to the tech and told him the problem. I also told him I was not going to let them work on the truck but would send a copy of the repair bill from the dealer on Monday. They asked me will you give us a chance to see what is wrong? I agreed, that was my second mistake. They installed new filters and the problem did not change. I video taped and recorded one of the techs telling me they did the procedure wrong the first time. I was approached by another person who told me the same thing as the first but did not want to be recorded saying any wrong doing on the part of them. Who cares what he wants when they are clearly trying to avoid being caught performing and charging for services they are not qualified to perform.Would I recommend them? NOWill I go back again? NOShould future consumers be aware of their incompetence? YESI will posting my video on line for everyone to see.This entire process took about 4 hours of my day with nothing but problems!!!I will cancel my $ 233 service charge...bill them for the repairs...and sue them for lost wages.

Just got my oil change and they told me the oil dip stick tube is broken. The location did my previous oil change, basically broken it and put it back without saying anything.

Lied to me about not passing inspection and I lost two weeks of Lyft work from it. This was after a week of hassle from them including them trying to charge me $50 for replacing something I later did myself. For free. It was that simple. Do. Not. Go. Here.
