Derek and Connie are the best to work with. This is my second time in a Regus office and working with those two made the experience great. This time around was only month to month, but I will stay in contact with them. Thanks again for everything. CFG
Once i signed a contract with Regus, their management only want to collect the rent and is unwilling to resolve any issues that came up. I feel that they are set up in such a way that its all about enforcing and collecting their rent. They couldnt care less if they deliver what they promised or if you are satisfied. They will say anything to get you to sign a contract. Stay away if you want a real office space. They are not cheap either. They have all kinds of fees and restrictions.
I am a brand new customer at Regus, i was so happy to book my first appointment for an office today. Except i accidentally booked it for the next day instead of today due to error in their software. I immediately cancelled the appointment within 1 minute. Regus refused my cancellation due to a mandatory 7 day cancellation period. I explained it was a simple user error i made, they transferred me for over 1 hour on the phone to 7 different departments. Every department blamed the other for not doing anything. Its a circus. The corporate structure is an illusion, they are a mess. No one in charge. Only bill collectors. Lost my time and money. This was my first experience with Regus. I wont be back.
