This place is a scam! Door-to-door and you work 6 AM to 11 PM everyday. The mangers are unprofessional since Bradly the original manager was fired for showing up drunk in the office.BTW he was dating his AST manager Chloe. While his other manager Anthony Draft overworks/makes fun of those who don’t meet his standards. This place filters people, and you end up making them money.

I’m going to be honest here. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They take care of you and are honest about everything. They disclose everything and if you put in your 100% effort, they will put in 110%. I am so honored to be apart of this company and the amazing people in it. It’s like one giant family! I recommend this company 1,000,000% the pay is great, the team is supportive and THEY ACTUALLY HAVE GOOD MANAGEMENT!!!! What else could you ask for in a company??

I was looking for an internship this past summer and ended up at Encore Brand Management in the beginning of July. In all honestly, I disliked Encore the first couple weeks I was there, but I’m very glad that I stayed. Not only did I gain a solid income for the summer, but I met some of the most intelligent, charismatic people in my life. The networking/relationships made will definitely last beyond the internship. My initial goal was to develop professional and social skills along with some cash. Since joining, not only have these skills drastically improved, but I gained the courage to voice my opinion in a professional environment.During the couple months I was there I interviewed applicants, trained employees, networked with sharp individuals, and developed direct marketing techniques.I would like to finish with the more you put into the company, the more you will get out of it.

I came to Encore Brand Management at the end of March. They were very transparent in every aspect of the company for the initial interview. In 4 months I became a managing partner. I have worked in the Mortgage, financial services, and service industry fields and this is the best opportunity Ive encountered. This opportunity has changed my familys life and Im extremely grateful. You cant be one the 7% in the world if youre not willing to put the work in. Im living proof.

Awesome place to work and the opportunity of growing is given to you if you work! I didn’t work there a lot because of my migraine and skin condition issue. However, Ashley, who is the director, was clear like the water how things works. There’s no surprises and/ or hidden actions. Everyone is treated equal and feels like working with family. Everyone help each other. Amazing atmosphere in the office. Everyone help in questions you got and everyone help you to find a solution. The opportunities of growth are available for everyone ; however, it’s up to you if you really want to growth. James was an awesome manager who did my second interview. He did an awesome job describing how the company works. Encore Brand Management is a company full of growth opportunities for people who deserve it. Thanks for the awesome short time I work with you guys! Everyone was treated equally and with respect. The company is full of opportunities if you take advantage of it.

Great Business to work with! I have only been here for about 11 months and I have been promoted 4 times now! There are so many opportunities for growth with the company! When first looking for a new position I asked for stability and long term. After being employed here for almost a year I can not see my self job searching ever again! I love that I have the opportunity to work with and represent such high end clients such as Sprint, At&t, and The infamous Anaheim Angeles! I’m excited to see what the future really has in store for me with in the company moving forward!

I want to address a few of these reviews. I am the new owner of Encore Brand management inc. I am committed to changing the view of the current and past employees I have on my staff. We have removed Bradley, Anthony and Nick from the company and are moving in a different direction toward what I have wanted Encore to be from the beginning. We value our employees and our customers. We are not an MLM and we are no longer with the Lifeline program. We would appreciate a follow!! We are a disabled veteran owned company who represents veteran owned brands and businesses. The new direction is to represent our best and be the best for them. I cant change what those three men have done to our name, however I can definitely make the decision to be better.

PLEASE READ!!This company is a complete scam! They will have you work for 12 hours a day, which they do not disclose initially in the interview. They will promise you a certain pay and once you finally get paid (after 3 weeks) it will be not nearly what they promised. They dont know how to manage at all. My first few sales I made, I was never even told to put it into their tracker so they kept all of my first sales made for themselves. The manager is very cold and she has a scripted response when you come asking for your paycheck. The whole system here is so messed up. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!! They have changed their name so many times to keep the scam going. I could go on and on about whats wrong with this company but I hope this can be helpful for anyone considering working here... Please dont waste your time and money like I did.

Youll meet great people here. The owners (as they are called) are more like high-ranking managers since they are owned by Smart Circle (look them up) and can be fired or removed by them. Bradley and Nick are cool dudes, and this isnt a knock on them, but the business practice makes it easy to be disingenuous for the sake of keeping a full bullpen of workers. When I was called for the first interview, I asked several questions over the phone: 1) is this a direct marketing company? 2) will I have to cold call or cold knock?) 3) will I have to stand in front of a general store, grocery store, convenience store? 4) will I be that guy standing in the middle of the store trying to sign people up for products? -- I asked again when in person, and I was told No, we arent that kind of marketing firm more than once. Unfortunately, this is exactly what this company is. I was there when it was called Pulse Management.

I have visited the office as a guest speaker for encore and was very impressed with the leaderships support of their team members. They truly are interested in helping their employees succeed. I was able to participate in a workshop and was impressed with their training techniques giving the employees a good foundation for a successful career. I went there to impart my experience as a successful business woman and was pleasantly invigorated by the infectious positive energy of the encore office.

Zero stars. Place is absolutely rude. Came in for an interview. Smelled like a multi level marketing scheme. This place had people coming in for interviews every 5 minutes. When I was interviewed by Nick the first thing he asked was how much willing to get paid for. No questions, no company mission, no anything. Its a ScamWere here to interview you not the other way around no buddy the interview goes both ways. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs. This cheating of honest American workers is what makes them hate corporate. You better be paying your taxes or Ill shut you down myself.

Not recommended for employment, networking, or (most importantly) brand management. Past the fact that this company is likely a multi-level marketing scam, this company is unprofessional in their work and treatment of partners/employees.This agency is about looks, not results, both in their presentation and their reports. To the layman (or unexperienced client) their numbers may look flashy and successful, but a case study to look behind what their numbers mean shows that they are inflated and ambiguous. This is a group of marketers who care about what they get out of a deal, not what they can do for the client.Encore has found a niche market not in boosting client sales, but in preying upon desperate, and often uneducated, struggling young artists looking for a legitimate career choice. If this is you, steer clear. If this isnt you and you are a business looking for a marketing firm, consider your values and what kind of companies you want to partner with. This agency will give you meaningless numbers and pose a facade.*this review was written after a partnership discussion turned uncomfortable. The scale of their character was revealed and motivated me to share. This is not written out of spite, but rather out of care for others who may waste time, money, and energy.

I came to Encore in the middle of February. Like most people in a similar situation, I had recently graduated with my masters and was looking for that next step in my career. I came for an interview with the director of operations and he told me that if I worked harder than everyone else and proved myself, I would be running the company with him as quickly as I decided to progress. Within three months, I was promoted to assistant director. I am expanding into my office in the next month. This company changed my life. I was tired of never being appreciated or rewarded for the work I would do. Here, the sky is the limit. However, to reach the type of calibur and success we have here, you need to be a certain type of person. Its the type of person who will do whatever it takes to take care of their family, the type of person not afraid of hard work, and the type of person who is willing to bet on themselves. Everything here is based on you.Yes, I run this place and yes we have some people complaining about us taking steps to protect our company and team members. Please take a real look at the reviews. If they are not from people that have interviewed with us and are bitter from not getting a job, they are from someone who is with us for less than a week and are the type of people who are looking for something they are not owed. We are a small business and love to give people chances no matter their background, race, or gender. However, with that and how much we care about our people, they choose to take advantage. When we stand up, they hide behind reviews. You can choose for yourself, but as for me and my team, we love what we do and the opportunity we have. We will not take disrespect to anyone in our office lightly whether it gets the bad review or not because we are real, honest, direct, and to the point. We will not apologize to people that can not handle it, and we do not want anyone who is looking for a hand out or someone who would disrespect anyone in my office working for us. We are family here and take care of eachother.

This is not a regular job, this is door-to-door. They have an 8 AM to 11 PM Mon-Sat schedule. If you like long hours with no hourly pay and no benefits. This non-manager position/entry-level sales position is for you.

If you value honesty and getting paid, do not work here. They lied about the initial agreed training pay. The owner refused to pay me/multiple others the initial agreed training pay. They will have you walking door to door in the sun from 1pm-8:30pm which they did not disclose this with me in the interview. When I asked what a day to day was like in the office they replied “we will be talking and meeting with clients from 1-8”. If you are going to have people walking all day as a door to door salesman then you should probably let them know. Me not knowing resulted in a horrific migraine from dehydration. And since I was sick and couldn’t go to work 1/2 Wednesday and Thursday, that was their excuse for refusal to pay. Even though I went into the office and spoke with the owner on Wednesday, and he assured me that I would just be docked for the days I missed, and that I would be paid for the days I worked. One of many lies. Even the last conversation we had he finally agreed to pay me $150 for training, so I agreed because I was emotionally/mentally drained from dealing with them. After driving to the office and receiving the check I realized they had lied about that amount too. I honestly could have made more money training at McDonald’s than the week I wasted here. They are selfish and do not realize that I (probably many others) said no to other jobs to work here because I believed it would be something else. They need to be transparent with the interviewees. Also this work is not safe. The neighborhoods they drop you off in and leave you stranded in for 7+ hours are not safe. And if you need to use the restroom “go inside someone’s house” as per the owner of this companies advice...That alone should show the level of professionalism this company has. Oh also two of the 5 star reviews are from the owners fiancée and the guy that interviewed me, so don’t believe those. I have communicated with multiple people who have had the same experience as I. There is much more I could say about this company, but I will leave it at this. Shame on these people, shame on this company.
