Vivella Med Spa is the best around. Mary is so so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! I have been going in for B-12 shots and Mary always makes sure she can get me in. I took a B-12 shot after my first Vaccine shot and before the second dose and it helped SO much. 10/10 recommend.

I just went in for my third injection of B12 and my energy levels have been higher than ever! Mary is incredibly kind and friendly and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about B12 before getting my first shot. Lately I havent been feeling so tired by the end of my long work days, I come home and I can still tend to chores, or I can get up with ease before my alarms. I highly recommend trying B12 to improve your health!

This place should be called the best hidden gem! Truly the best experience and staff!I came in to try the HCG weight loss program and lost 20lbs! Throughout the med spa has different services and while losing weight and b12 injection I was able to get better skin!Mary is exquisite! She made me feel like family and her honesty and concern to my needs made me love returning and referring my family and friends for any Med spa services. I would not go anywhere else but here ;)

Like most people, I have always had problems getting rid of my stomach fat. No matter how skinny I get, I just always had a pouch I couldnt get rid of. After a lot of research I found that Ultrashape Power would probably be my best bet. Additionally, I found Vivellas pricing to be the best in the area. After completing my sessions for Ultrashape, I have definitely seen an improvement in my lower abdomen (the area I had targeted).I cant speak to the rest of the staff, but Mary is definitely top notch when it comes to customer service. She makes sure you understand what you are paying for and what you will get. She always makes sure to check in with you to keep you set on your goals. Thats because, while Ultrashape does help reduce fat in targeted areas, it doesnt work well if you have a poor diet and are not drinking plenty of water. On top of that, the service includes Velashape in tandem with Ultrashape, something no other place offered to include in the package. Mary goes out of her way to get to know you so as to make sure you are doing well and taking the treatment well.The only negative aspect I can think of in terms of Ultrashape and Velashape is the price and time: for about the same price, you can get faster and more remarkable results with lipo or other surgeries. But for me, I did not want to do anything invasive. These procedures are non-invasive, meaning no cutting/surgery/needles, etc. Ultrashape is all on the outside, sort of like massaging the fat away. Just Google, Ultrashape realself and youll see it is a very popular and safe method. But because its more natural in terms of destroying fat, it will take a while to see results.Overall, this place is great; the staff is great, pricing is great, and the options for you are great as well.

Mary and the rest of the staff make this my go to spa for my laser hair removal treatments. They are focused on the best approach to yield the best results, they took the time to examine my skin, the areas I want treat and proceed. The machines they use a top of the line, without any level of pain. My favorite part of going here is the advice I get for optimum skincare.

One of the BEST Experience in my life. Ive always loved relaxation and massages. This place is a 5 star for me. The pools, scenery, manage etc. GREAT if your trying to get away from it all. No noise, no phone while your there. Its a disconnection from the outside world. I felt as if I was in a different world. I highly recommend it.. But with a friend or partner. HEADS UP, You need to take a bathing suit.

Everything about Vivella is fantastic. Mary treats you like family and she is very thorough in making sure you get the results you want. Ive had a laser treatment, chemical peel, and microneedling done here and all were great in achieving the improvement in the appearance of my skin. The laser machine that they have works really well and everything is very reasonably price and very much worth it. The Obagi line that is there yields great results and I can see a difference like Ive never had with any other skin care line and I feel like Ive tried them all. The receptionist, Tori, is also very sweet and we can talk for days. Thats the feel you want when you go to a med spa regularly. I trust Mary and her judgment when it comes to what is good for my skin and what I need. Everyone here has wonderful bedside manner and only have the best intentions when it comes to yielding results; theyre not there just to take your money and have you undergo unnecessary procedures in which Ive experienced elsewhere with no results. You will find the results you want here and its always an added bonus to feel like youve gained family members along the way.

I wanted to wait until I had good outcome before I wrote an honest review. Ive used a few other places before in Orange County without the result I really wanted. I found Vivella Med Spa in Chapman through my sister and I had a very satisfying result - I will give this place to the 5* reviews!The techniques and products used by the staff at Vivella will surely leave your skin in outstanding shape! Before the facial, they they will sat down and discussed your current skin care routine and skin care goals. I really appreciate that at Vivella Med Spa they care for there customer, picking specific cleansers and enzymes for your skin type and goals.Also shoutouts to Mary for being so friendly and personable. THE BEST MED SPA IN THE OC!!! I cant recommend this place enough! Mary, the owner is super helpful and you can tell she genuinely wants to help. There are a lot of people in this business that are in it for the money and that really is transparent in the service. That is not the case here. Best service, great prices and a clean and comfortable office location. I will never go to another Medical Spa as long as Im in Orange County.
