Marie helped us on the final cleaning of our new house at Orange. Since we can’t be in the house while they were working, she sent me photos and videos before and after they have done their job. Overall, cleaning was moderate. There were some leftover stains on the carpet... Unfortunately, there was a dispute about scuff marks that all boiled down to miscommunication. Mind you on their part..Basically, I had asked if scuff marks on the wall can be removed and they had said yes. But, on the day of, they had said that they didnt have the right tools and were not handymen. And Marie had said she had not heard of scuff marks in 10 years.. It was something that could be resolved in a calm manner. However, how it was handled by Marie was extremely unprofessional. I voiced my frustrations over text and all that was necessary was an apology or at most that they acknowledged their mistake and it could have passed over. However, instead what I got was an extremely uncalled for phone call where Marie unprofessionally started yelling at me where I could not even get a word in. All I ask is that if you have offer a service, please act professionally and in a calm manner. It was something that could have been totally avoided...

To say that I am impressed by MSL cleaning services will be an understatement! I hired Marie and her girls for move in cleaning and the job I thought would take few hours ended up taking about 9 hours. Yet, she did not complain and did the work diligently. Marie went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! For example, while cleaning, I noticed that only the outside of the refrigerator was cleaned and I asked about the inside, which she indicated wasnt part of the contract. I checked and it in fact wasnt. Next thing I know, I got a text from her saying they will help me clean the fridge because she noticed that I wasnt happy. They had been working all day, but she and her girls insisted on cleaning the fridge, despite telling her that she didnt need to (because it was not on the contract)!Please get MSL for your cleaning services. You wont regret it. This woman works so hard and takes a lot of pride in the empire shes building. Marie is definitely my go-to now for anything that has to do with cleaning. Most importantly, shes very reasonably priced! MSL deserves more than 5 stars!

We had a deep clean of our house. The team was absolutely amazing and Im not sure how they got so much done in such little time! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so hair ends up everywhere and they somehow got it all. We will definitely have them back again, its such a relief sitting down and not seeing anything that needs cleaned.

I paid for a deep clean of 2.5 bathrooms. I just moved in to a new home. They left hair from the previous owner in the drawers and did not even clean the all the cabinets. The toilet had hair all over it from the previous owner. They just left without even doing the half bath. They came back to clean the half bath and the cabinets. I just didn’t even see the hair all over the toilet til after they were gone. I ended up cleaning it. They cleaned the windows and glass with a cleaner that left streaks. I could do a better job myself.

I am delighted with the work MSL has done and I give them 5 stars for professionalism and courtesy and making the house shine.

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I just had to move out of our rental house on short notice, and MSL housekeeping made our lives so much easier. I called at the last minute asking for a move-out clean the next day while I was at work, and she scheduled me right away. I got a quote immediately over the phone, and the value of the cleaning was so worth it. She even went above and beyond when our landlord was there unexpectedly and complained about a “strong pet odor,” which was news to us (our landlord is trying to keep our deposit). She cleaned the room extra well to make our landlord happy — even though the landlord didn’t hire her. She cares about the quality of her work, and was so easy to work with! When we went to see the place, it was spotless (and smelled very clean).
