Good gym and location. No masks which is nice but at this location you have a select group of people who don’t wear shirts while working out. Can’t be to sanitary. I personally have never been to a gym where clothing was not enforced.

Back at it again!!!I started working out here at the grand opening. The gym was nice then but they really did some amazing upgrades since then. The perks are better than ever for the price.The staff is amazing and respectful. Easy to work within financials and helpful in every way.The gym etiquette so far is stellar even when it is busy.Im glad to be back and while I dont want another body in the gym. This place is worth every dime and I highly recommend it

I just called for inquiry on Friday 6/18 around 8:50am. I really appreciate the monthly membership fee that is affordable. However, the staff picked up the phone didn’t seem to be that patient. She hung up before me and didn’t even acknowledge the end of the call. Not sure if she was busy or just poor customer service. I have a second thought about joining.

Fitness19 is the first gym I actually stuck with! The gym does not include lockers room but does have lockers for you to put your stuff in. The gym has all the gym equipment for body builders and those just looking to be fit. The gyms staff is super helpful and nice! The trainers are skilled and certified in what they. Ask for Mike hes been an awesome trainer so far and is helping me out with my form,etc. Theres also a trainer by the name of Laura for any girl looking for some direction or help with their form, goals etc. She stays busy for sure. Facilities are always clean and machines are adequately maintained. The whole staff is freaking awesome and has been instrumental to my success. Not to mention how inexpensive the membership is here at fitness19. The staff explains the cost of the membership. I pay about $20 a month totally worth the value. Oh yeah, the internet is fast as well :) Drop by and talk the staff and have the give you a quick tour.

My husband and I both joined this gym recently and we love it! Very clean, and friendly! They do a great job keeping up with with sanitation and cleaning to make it a safe environment. We specifically worked with James, and he was very accommodating and made it an enjoyable experience. Happy to be going here and will refer all of my friends!

I like this gym and their range of equipment, but I’m not comfortable with them not requiring masks for members (at least until June 15 when CA reopens). While I’ve continued paying dues throughout the pandemic with the goal of supporting them and eventually returning, with my credit card expiring they’re now requiring me to come in to update it (or give my bank account information, which I’d prefer not to do). I’m uncomfortable going in there at all currently so asked to cancel my membership—and they said I have to come in for that too. If I let my card expire, they said they’ll charge me late fees. I’ve been a member for several years and am extremely unhappy with the way they’re handling this situation.

This fitness gym is exactly where you want to be if youre overweight and self-conscious. I felt more comfortable going in and keeping my body fit because the instructor is a facility with all of the necessary equipment to get yourself in shape! It comes highly recommended!

This is the best fitness gym! Ive never been to this place before, and I was amazed at it. It was wide that you can comfortably do your workout properly there. The fitness coach was very determined in teaching me the proper ways to do the routine. Thank you!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Masks are not enforced.Customer service is terrible. Was charged for months during the height of the pandemic when indoor facilities were supposed to be closed. Was no communication from phone or email about opening and closure and kept charging members. Complained about this to GM and asked for a refund and did not get one. I cancelled my membership and was double charged my last month. These people here are shady and money hungry.

There is a funky smell by the cable machine. 🤢 I hope that some of the people working out there can be a little considerate by cleaning up after they use equipment and by wearing there mask when closer to others. 😷Finally! This place is a complete rip off. What gym or management team sends someone to collections during a pandemic. I was in contact with the “owner” via email to cancel my membership, but they said I can only do so in person. This was like March or April, so no I wouldn’t go into the gym during COVID to cancel. They haven’t even been open for pretty much the last nine months. Why would anyone in their right mind want to go to this gym during a pandemic when it’s never cleaned and unsanitary. This place is a health concern for everyone that attends and works there. I refuse to give the company even a penny. Don’t waste your time, money, credit history or health at this place.

Ya dont have tonwear a mask and there are tons of cleaning products to use after your workout so everything is clean and friendly

Decent gym and has what I need to continue my exercise during Covid-19. Because all other gyms closed their doors, I joined this one. However, this place is not enforcing the mask policy on clients! People are exercising without a mask, indoors. Im suprised to see people without a mask at the gym, why risk it. I might understand doing cardio, its tough; I get it...Do you part: Wear a mask, wash your hands, and watch your distance.Decent Gym during Covid-19, has what I need during 2020-21!

Fairly cheap but pushy vibe. One of the staff who is a guy kept on forcing me to buy a membership. I wish there are showers there too. Spacing was decent in terms of moving around. A lot to improve despite nice equipment.

Great Gym, the new manager james is incredible. Ive had some bad experiences with gyms n billing but james took his time to explain the agreement down to the bone. Nothing but positive feedback from me, the equipment is great reminds me of the Old World Gym down in Delray Florida, Heavy hitter gym for fellers like me.

Ive join this gym a week ago and Im satisfied. Clean place have every equipment I used for working out.

Ive never had an issue with this gym. Equipment tends to be well kept but usually one has to wipe down benches because they tend to be sweaty. Front desk most of the time has friendly employees but other times youll find frowns and serious faces. Beyond all the imperfections, I used to consider this my gym, but, unfortunately, the way they use their policies to squeeze out extra cash from cancelled membership is a testament on how much they care about their long time gym goers. Even during COVID-19, that caused me to lose my only source of income, they arent willing to bend their policies to avoid cashing out pity cash. Im not paying rent to Fitness 19, so I dont understand why theres a 30 day notice to cancel my subscription? In the end Im glad Im done with this business. I pray the money you took helps prevent the business from going bankrupt.

Scott, Dillon, and Dave and the entire staff are great. They dont have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a few amenities but you save a lot of 💰. The best thing is the daycare so you can workout and have your kids be in good hands with Hillary and Iris.

Fitness 19 is just such an amazing gym, the staff is excellent and the equipment is very modern! Super clean, super affordable, me and my wife Michelle love this gym! I’d recommend it to anyone.

Clean, affordable and great equipment! The only bummer is, many members sit on the machines and play with their phones. I constantly have to ask if I can use the machine while they are resting. They give me this dumb look and then they pull out their headphones and say what? Like it is not obvious what I am standing there for. Some are nice about it and some get really mean and nasty.

Complete exercise gadgets. With swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi.The only thing is mostly busy.Except early early morning. Love to work out here. Friendly staffs.

Ive been too many gyms over the years and this one is definitely a community gym. Once you start working out here you get to know who goes at the same time. Everyone from the staff to the members is very friendly. This is an old school heavy weight gym meets modern fitness ideas.

I have been a member since the opening. I love this gym! Great amenities, awesome equipment and the Manager Brian is top notch! Member for life!

Beware! They make it next to impossible to cancel. They will continue to charge your card long after you cancel and fight you tooth and nail to keep charging your card. They will also manage to somehow get your new card number when you get a new card, even though you didnt give it to them. They will go out of their way to get your new number even though you made it perfectly clear youre not interested in the service anymore and will not use it. We had to get the bank to block Fitness 19 from charging our account after we submitted documentation proving we took all of the correct steps to cancel. They will also throw family members onto your card and will refuse to cancel without the physical presence of said family, even though its YOUR debit card, not your family members. We moved out of state and had no way to fix it in person, but they still insisted on it. Their policies are convoluted and just plain stupid to make it impossible to cancel.Edit: We did cancel in person. A family member was on the account and instead of canceling everything, which is what we wanted, he was kept on the account. We werent aware of this until after we moved and saw continuing charges months and months after we cancelled. He wasnt paying for the service, we were and we werent allowed to recancel the service without his presence, which was ridiculous because it wasnt his bank card to begin with. What became frustrating was that when this happened, we went back and forth through multiple phone calls over the course of weeks to fix it. We tried to work it out with the company. Nothing happened and we had to have our bank stop all payments. The bank refunded us our money. Fitness 19 tried to claim we owed them more money after the bank put a stop to their charges. This was even after all of the contact we had with Fitness 19 to cancel, even getting mail notifying us of what we owed them to our new out of state address! We were given the run around and it was clear this was a purposeful, forceful business practice to keep members, whether they want to be members or not.

Looks like they may be getting better. 2 years or so ago when I joined. It was the first gym I went to. Thought it was a good gym. You had to go at very specific times or you wont be able to use certain equipment. If you get off late from your job. You wont be able to train. 24 hour fitness doesnt have the same strict time schedule. Your also limited to what you can use vs other gyms. I canceled my membership with them. However I was still being charged a few months after. I had to drop everything I was doing and drive over there to have them stop charging my account. I had them make copies of the paperwork to show my bank if they try and charge me again. What really bugged me at the time a few years ago. They somehow got a hold of my credit card that I didnt put on file. I literally just got the card from the bank. I had to cancel that card and order a new one. There were hidden fees that werent explained, and it was a pain in the ### to cancel the membership. 24 is a much better facility. I had no hidden fees. Canceling is easy if I ever had to. Due to my busy schedule. I can train anytime. No waiting for the gym to open. Gym is never packed to the point I have to skip training.

Seems like a nice facility with friendly staff on hand BUT - NO SHOWERS. When you want to excercise before work, well... make sure you dont get too sweaty as there are NO SHOWERS here! I simply cannot believe it!

Tldr: Theyre still charging me months after I quit and complained.When I first started my membership at this Fitness 19 I was happy with everything. Great people working there, great equipment and machines, and the row of TVs that you can plug a headset into your machine and hear the one you want. All great! I also got in early so the my monthly due was low.Over a year later though, the place gets really busy around the time Id be able to go after work. Not there fault, all gyms suffer from this when they get popular. What I have an issue with was when I tried to QUIT Fitness 19.Everyone is nice and smiles to get you in, but they gave me so much crap for trying to quit my membership. I made time to go down there and quit my membership, and the everyone there kept asking me Why are you ending your membership? Does it matter? Its my money and I dont need to explain myself to end a membership. So after 10 minutes of literally So why are you quitting? Does it matter? End my membership. ..but why End my membership Im only trying to help you End my membershipI was nice at first but it was getting so ridiculous I stopped being friendly and just replied to everything with end my membershipSo Im not that strong willed, and I hate to admit it, but I gave in when he said I can put a freeze on my membership. Up to 3 months, no payment, gives me times to figure out if I want to come back, etc. So he gets out the paperwork and fills all this stuff out and tells me to sign, good thing I read it before signing though, he only wrote 2 months instead of 3, and that I would still pay half my membership even though I couldnt use the facilities while my membership was frozen. I point this out and he acts like oops, youre right, I meant three months ..and no payment Right, no payment, not half, let me just change thatIn the end: its been 2 months and they STILL charged my account for both months.Id give them a 1 star, but the facility itself is great. The people though, friendly to your face but snakes when your back is turned

Friendly Staff!

I’ve been going to this gym for about six months, and it’s the third Fitness 19 I’ve joined. For the price, it’s great. It’s clean and the cardio machines work properly. There is one significant problem, however, that makes it difficult for me to train:Not a lot of floor space to do free weights. I do a lot of exercises that don’t require benches or any other equipment besides barbells/dumbbells (deadlifts, goblet squats, planks, etc). If I want to do these exercises *without blocking other equipment*, it’s really hard to find a few square feet of free floor space besides the corner by the kids room. ESPECIALLY when it’s busy. Sometimes when it’s busy I can’t weight train at all and have to stick to the cardio machines. if there were fewer machines and more floor space it would be a lot easier to do free weights, which is what most young women like me are interested in anyway as opposed to machines. I sometimes think it would be worth it to join a different gym, even if it were more expensive, if I could actually find space to do the strength training program I’m currently committed to working through. I would just need a radius of a couple feet around me most of the time, but that’s almost impossible to get when it’s busy.But if you primarily want cardio machines or other machines, it’s worth it and very reasonably priced.the women’s bathroom is frequently out of soap. I wish they had more boxes and stretching mats, it’s hard to get your hands on them sometimes. I wish they would not play cable news channels on the televisions, but these are minor complaints.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Theyre always improving the place with new equipment. Affordable membership fees. They play the music WAY too loud sometimes but I bought a pair of noise cancelling headphones for $250 so Im ok with that. The weekday hours are ok with a 5am opening. Sometimes I wish they opened a bit earlier on weekends. Overall, its the best gym Ive ever joined.

No frills gym. No classes, decent amount of machines and some free weights as well as treadmills, excercycles, and stair climbers for a low monthly fee. 3 changing rooms but no locker rooms, can get crowded and a few too many people that think that its ok to sit on the machines and read texts between sets.

Basic work out gear and machines. Friendly staff. Can be a bit crowded since its not a big place but cant beat the price.

Lots of parking. Easy access. Good crowd

This place is always packed. ..not because its a good gym but because its small. I never get a good workout because the no life meat heads are camping on the equipment all day.

Great facility and its cheap, Im just mad when I signed up they didnt tell me about a ton of hidden charges, a few could be waved, but they really sucker you in to what seems like a super cheap gym and then there are all these added fees, especially mad for being penalized for using my credit card to pay monthly!!
