They were on time or a little early. They were very friendly but also very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and making it easier for the general contractors to come and start replacing walls, floors and vanities. I would highly recommend this company for any services. She helped me with my insurance and although it did not go the way I wanted she guided me through the process and for that I am thankful! Rewind is the best! I was looking for someone to come help me after we had a pipe burst under our sink while we werent home and called 4 different companies before Rewind saved me. They not only showed up when they said they would, they also walked me through exactly what they were going to do and what it would take to clean up and fix my problem. They were always on time during the repairs and got my work done quickly. It is so hard to find quality and honesty these days and I was lucky to find both with Rewind.

They responded very quickly to our call and Daryl was well-prepared to answer the inevitable questions we would have and also to present to us a preliminary gameplan for our consideration that included the goals to be accomplished, an estimate of cost, a probable timeline and other information that we would need to review. This was based upon his careful review of the damage to our home, with measurements and photos, discussions with us and his in-depth experience. It provided us with confidence in him and a basis for choosing him over our other alternatives. We were then able to spend quality time with Daryl after he devoted more effort to our situation, developing a more detailed plan. As an example, the room with the water damage has white oak wainscoting some of which Daryl had to remove temporarily.
