I have a commercial account and have never had a problem renting equipment or getting it on time. Even when I totally lose on a site and kept equipment for a longer period than I needed and having it siting, not producing money, they weighed the hours and determined that the charge would be over kill to my bottom dollar. They’ve gone as far as to help with totals and have lenient and I mean lenient pay dates and still allow me to keep my account. It’s a family own business that sees and understand when someone is going through hard times and extends their help as far as they professionally can. Best rental company hands down.

So back in 2014 I rented a $80 hand trimmer from this company and unfortunately the hand saw was stolen from my property and I went through hoops and ladders dealing with the police department and other agencies trying to retrieve the property which was found I did return the property to f&b rentals and explain to them my situation and show them the police report and in turn they continued to charge me the late fees anyway stating that it was policy and they had no choice being a mom-and-pop company I dont believe any of that !!! Here we are in 2020 and they are still demanding their money of $110 for the late charges on the hand trimmer that was returned they will not budge and they continue to want their $110 I believe for a company thats Mom and Pop owned they would have some sort of sympathy for my situation and alleviate that debt owed but they absolutely will not therefore I will never do business with this company ever again and I would warn others to be very careful when renting equipment from rental companies I would hate to see somebody else go through this situation that I have gone through they literally sent the balance due to a collection agency which in turn now I have to pay $300 to get this off of my credit! After I spoke with them back in 2015 to arrange a settlement I gave them half of the late fees incurred believing that that would settle the account and yet they still sent the other half to collections this is unacceptable and terrible customer service I cant imagine how hard up for money a company must be to literally send somebody to collections in my situation literally 7 years later for $110 dollers .... Absolutely unbelievable 👎. let me I be clear I did respond and answer calls and was disputing the charges and you refused to work with me then thats why I stopped answering the calls ! I didnt feel it was fair that I had gone through all that to get your equipment back so I can return it to you and you guys did not care one bit you still wanted your money ($110) this why Im leaving this post. ** in response to your response **. !

Have used AAA Rentals for years, especially happy with their F&B Rentals too. Fast, easy, convenient and reliable. Both have awesome staff too. Smart on their feet and ready with answers, smiles, and excellent customer service. From jack hammers, tile saws, lifts, and more.

Used this companys box truck to move previously. 5 star. Needed to rent the box truck again recently, the gentleman I spoke with promised a reservation pickup either Friday night or Saturday morning, depending on the Orange or Santa Ana location. I called back Friday morning to finalize details before pickup and there were no trucks available until Monday, and my request was not in the system

Staff is very professional and helpful. They have great prices and a big selection of rentals. This is now my go to spot for all my rental needs.

They always have what you need. They recommend what machine you can use for the job. So far is only ten to fifteen to out the door with my rental.

AAA Rentals has everything you need,,and if they dont then F&B Rentals off Harbour & Westminister will!!! With great customer service and quality equipment at affordable prices,, in my opinion the best place to get what you need to get the job done!!! Also if you dont know exactly what you need 9 times out of 10 they can help you figure that out!!
