Poor customer service, incompetent plan checker as they love to waste time, seems like there is no one to check on them. I called or e-mailed several times to find out more on corrections they have given but no response from them. Small interior remodeling job took us over two months and not even approved yet. Do not recommend to work in city of Fullerton, CA.

The quality of work is poor. Due to the high traffic of plan checks they do in various cities. The employees mix up regulations and requirements from other cities that dont regard your city. The wait times are very brutal. However. Their communication is good.

You ask them a question for clarification of a correction and they talk down on you and question your knowledge, then they realize they were wrong and will not accept it.
