They don’t answer the phone.

Worse cell phone repair ever!! I had a phone I took to them that had touch issues on the screen Aka touch disease, and instead of fixing the issue properly and microsaudering the chip back in place they opened my phone and put a piece of paper over the damaged chip to put pressure on it to make better contact with the screen. When they did that they further damaged my phone and had more complications because of it. I ended up taking to another repair shop where they did the job correct and told me to request my money back for the BS job they did. They do scam jobs here I would suggest taking it elsewhere where they know what they are doing. If your a costumer if possible you have any question feel free to ask I’ll try and answer ASAP.

THIEVES, STAY AWAY!! My experience started out well enough. Owner was very polite at first. I gave him four phones to fix and we agreed on price. He told me 2 days to fix and it would be ready. 7 days later and avoiding my messages, they finally get done. I pick them up and immediately realize they didnt get fixed. Still had the same issues as before. I had him try a second time which got delayed again because of whatever excuse he could come up with. When I got them back a second time they STILL were not fixed. I told the owner again and again he dodged me after that. I finally catch him and now he wants to charge me 3x more than the original price to fix it the right way. When I told him I just wanted my money back, he refused. He said he would only fix them if I paid more or lose out on the initial payment KNOWING he didnt come remotely close to fixing the phones.Needless to say I had to take the phones to an actual professional to get the job done and I never got my money back after wasting hours arguing with them over it.

These guys are awesome! My iPhone 6s was dying, screen was totally cracked. Technician came to my place and fixed it just for 15 minutes. I am so happy now! My screen is working as new one! Thank you for your great service guys!!!

They will repair your phone with cheap defective items. I had them come back twice and after that they started to ignore my calls. I recommend going somewhere you can physically walk into. And the lady that answers the phone LIES. Even the tech that repaired my phone said every customer he has worked with has had to come back. Basically saying our products are defective 80% of times. Your at there mercy when your phone doesn’t work.

They were very accommodating and walked me through the whole process! They came to my home and fixed it within 20 minutes! My phone screen looks brand new!

STAY AWAY CHEAP FIX. CHEAP PARTS. They also do not honor the warranty. I schedualed to get my screen fixed. The guy shows up with the wrong screen! So after waiting he shows up again fixes it and literally the same month I started experiencing problems with the screen. It wont swipe or detect the pressure of my finger. Only reason I am writing this is because they have ignored my emails to replace the faulty screen. I got a warranty on it but its no good if they are going to ignore their customers. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and headache.

Terrible terrible terrible! DO NOT USE THEM.When I heard about this, I thought, this is fantastic. The day of, when I called, they told me that they would have someone come at noon, well the guy didnt show til 4pm.He fixed it right then and there, but right after he left my phone screen, which yes, was cracked, now lost the battery power and my phone would die in about two hours. Also, the screen is terrible, my phone doesnt automatically shut off, and it will jump sound by itself in different apps when Im not even touching it. So I called back, and asked for assistance, and now no one answered the call. They said the screen and battery dont coincide, which obviously makes sense, but it worked fine prior to having them fix it.They now are telling me that they dont know when someone will be in my area again to take a look at it. Interesting ...... when they want your money, theyll be there the day of,but when you have an issue, they dont have anyone.

These guys are really amazing, professionals of their work, didnt expect such kind of service in 15 minutes.

First of all I do not understand how this unprofessional thiefs, liers, scammers have 4 stars, or are even in business... with that been said, here is my sad story.... is been over a month and this people havent returned my phone, I dont understand how they claim theyre technicians when all they do is break your cellphone e device, and on top of that they lie to you by telling you it will be ready by Friday at six, that Friday never came. So this is exactly what happened, I called them for a simple battery replacement, they fix that problem but left a white bright light on the screen. I called the office and spoke to Nina, she tells me I have to bring it in to the office, I take it to the office in orange ca, she works on it, but instead of fixing it she makes it worst.... now I have no phone for over a month... I have been calling Emil almost everyday and he denies my calls and my text, now I have to take legal actions after giving him so much time, what really bothers is that they make so many excuses and lies, and to top it off, I came to find out they moved from the orange location to LA without letting me know, so talked to Nina and told her why they dont notified theyre customers, specially on a situation like this, why move, why run, whats the matter why, why??? So what does that mean theyre all bunch of thiefs, I dont understand how they still on business.... I hope after you read my story you think about it twice before you deal with this scamming thief, unprofessional people.
