My family lost my dear cousin in early October. It was completely unexpected and we were all blindsided. In our grief, I cannot tell you how lucky we were to have Khari with us. My friends brother died and she called WillowBridge Cremation. When I asked my friend how it went, she shared about meeting Khari and how kind and helpful she was without any pressure or sales tactics. It was relieving since you hear horror stories sometimes of people being taken advantage of. Khari had even touched base with her a few times after everything was over just to see how she was doing. It was my first time having to handle something like this. WillowBridge really helped guide me through this process, laying out all the options while being extremely sensitive to our familys situation and mindful of our budget. Khari was especially helpful - my family wanted some sort of keepsake in memory of my grandmother and Khari presented some great options and was able to arrange the keepsake item to be made for us (a cement handprint of my grandmother).
