I recently used PAMS to solve a complex package delivery problem for a convention in Anaheim. They also picked up and delivered lunches to different sites for a number of attendees. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and professional; Jack in Sales, Joe with dispatch, and Jim the delivery man.There was a minor problem during the package delivery where they had my office number instead of my cell phone number, so at first we couldnt get in contact with each other, but they still managed to deliver everything on time and in good condition at very reasonable prices. The driver and Joe made the extra effort of making sure the delivery was finished.Id definitely use them again!

We worked with PAMS for few years, and they were pretty good.Lately, (not sure if its because of staff change or what) every time I use them its a hustle and a nerve breaking. They are RUDE! Talking over you, hanging up the phone before you had a chance to say goodbye, thank you or I have one more question. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and they never called back. In today world time and service the most crucial thing and PAMS lost it.The reason I gove it three stars and not one is because they used to be good and I cannot forget it, but in the last few months its awful.P.S they never give you the price you have to request for it.

Beware! Use this service at your own risk! My company used PAMS for the first time and it will be the last time. As a first time customer, I was not aware of my options and they were not explained either. Because I was not given my options, the products we had delivered were damaged when they arrived at the delivery destination. The courier contacted their customer service to advise them of this, but I was never contacted and notified of the damages. I had to find out from our customer that received the damaged items. This is extremely poor customer service!! The damages could have been prevented had I been given all my options! We had to trash the items delivered and re-make almost everything at a cost of over 2K!! Their response....We followed protocol. Time to redefine your protocol!!!

I have tried several delivery messenger services and they are the best hands down. Pams prices were cheaper than fed ex on a couple of my deliveries. I use them 3 times a day and highly recommend them. Great prices and great people .

Our company uses Pams for local deliveries. There was a project due on the day that we needed to have it delivered to the city i.e. crunch time. I called to place a delivery order at around 2:45 pm Tuesday for a delivery to the city by or before 5pm. It was raining and the traffic at that time of day is starting to get crowded. The gracious lady explained to me that because of the distance from our office to the city was about 90 miles, the inclement weather conditions and the traffic they might not make the delivery on time. If the city is closed they would deliver the package the next morning. I received an email from the city that the package never arrived and we assumed what happened - bad traffic and weather conditions. Received an email at around 5:30 that just as the city employees were leaving work Pams was there with the package. This is customer service at its best. Thank you Pams.
