Let me start off by saying this a whole new level of customer service, I wanted to just leave my computer with him but he insisted that if he could figure out the issue in 15 min or less that he would not even charge me wow! so about 20 min later and another 15 min or so of talking we decided to leave it for a further diagnosis. He did not charge me for the diagnosis. Their solution made sense and he gave me the price for repair before he did any work. My computer is now faster then when I bought it and the price was fair. Call them first before you stop by as they are on site technicians as well. Matt is awesome!

Highly recommend this place to bring in any sort of computer problem youre having. Both matt and carlos did a fantastic job on working with my PC and keeping me up to date with anything they encountered along the way. During these hard times with the current situation. They were able to work with me. I needed my computer for working from home and they assisted me and got me up and running. The price was more then fair and they offered to come to my house. Good people. Very happy.

First of all they answered the phone that was a huge plus! Second they were able to retrieve my data from a bad hard drive. Third they sold me a reliable refurbished desktop with a brand new solid state hard drive that is at least 10 times faster then my old computer! Will use again!

They did not charge me a diagnosis fee and only charged me once I agreed to the solution to the problem. They even gave me options of what I could do. Other places I called charge just to look at the computer so thats why I chose this company. Thanks.

He came out to my business and gave me a free estimate, The price was fair and the work was way better then I expected. He was able to get all my stuff working fast without having to buy any new equipment. I am going to use him for my home now. Great customer service skills.

My main business computer got infected with serious ransomware and I thought I lost all of my data because my backup was not working correctly. Computer Genius somehow was able to get my data back without paying these cyber criminals and set up multiple back ups so that this will never happen again. Very satisfied customer. Carlos was a chill dude. I came in on a Sat afternoon for Carlos help me troubleshoot a motherboard issue with my desktop. He was very nice and professional to me and my wife. Offered us coffee. Very courteous customer service. I will go back if I have any future issues. Highly recommend his service.

These guys gave me a free diagnosis and confirmed that the price to fix my computer was not worth my money, They offered to build me a new computer or sell me a used computer, I did not feel pressured at all to buy and they explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I ended up with the refurbished computer because it had a new type of hard drive that made the computer really fast. I am very happy.

They installed a brand new security system at my business and set it up so that I could access my cameras from my phone and laptop. They were able to finish the job in a couple days and did not go over their estimate even though they spent a couple extra hours to finish the job. He even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was working correctly, Amazing customer service!

You might have trouble finding them at first but they are upstairs in Suite 253. Very good service, They did not charge me to diagnose the problem with my computer and the price for repair was much lower then expected, They even came out to my place to make sure that everything was working and their was no extra charge.
