During my wc claim my adjuster switched two e and my first claims adjuster was located in Orange and the second claims adjuster was in Roseville. Does York even have an office in Roseville?

Neither the gal assigned to my husband, or her boss, are helpful. Pass the buck. Wait till the last minute before their shift ends to call so we cant call back. They dont reply to emails. They dont give clear answers. They sent him to doctors I wouldnt let treat my dying dog! My husband is in a lot of pain, and he cant get proper medical care through these jokers. Sent him to a rinky dink outfit (US Healthworks) complete and utter joke for anyone with a serious injury. Passing him around like a hot potato do they all can claim a buck at his and my expense.
