Terrible service.I got their help to file my (non-resident alien) tax returns. I had come earlier to ask their fee before using their services and was charged more than twice when I went to pick up the documents. I had a flight that same evening and so could not do much about it. They gave me two packets to mail to the IRS and the State of California. The documents were incomplete, I am still waiting for the refund after 8 months! I was then told that I can send the documents again. I am visiting now and have had no reply to my emails in 2 days! Finally called the office and was told that the person is busy and to call back later!!

I am an enrolled agent and had one of their clients come to me to review their return. I was appalled at the fraudulent return that was completed on his behalf. It is apparent that this company or Christy Snow DOES NOT know what she is doing. Mortgage interest was deducted 3 times or triple dipped, once on schedule A, once on schedule C and once on schedule E. Client does NOT have a rental property! I could go on about other items such as depreciation and under reporting of sales but will not bore you any further. This group needs to be closed down!!!!

EVERYONE ON FACEBOOK AND MANTA LOVES US... IN REGARDS TO GIVING 2 PACKETS FOR THE CLIENT TO MAIL THEIR TAX RETURNS TO THE IRS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THATS WHAT I WAS HIRED TO DO, FOR SOME REASON WE COULD NOT EFILE IT DEPENDS ON THE ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!! THE OTHER LADY CHEATED OUR COMPANY OUT OF THOUSANDS AND IS BEING HUNTED IN COLLECTIONS OF COURSE SHES UNHAPPY WITH OUR FIRM.....
