Been going here since the early 90’s. I can honestly say every single car I’ve owned except 2 (I lived in Iowa for 9 years) has been tinted at Mr. Cool. There is no reason to go anywhere else. To be frank, when I was living in IA, I always regretted not waiting until I came to OP for a visit to get the windows tinted on those 2 Iowa-bought cars. Glad to be back and able to get my tint done right again!

Website showed them as open but when I arrived they were closed. Dont waste your time going to the business. I guess you should call, leave a message and wait for a call back. They dont answer the phone either.

Mr. Cool tinted my wifes car. She stopped in on Friday and they got her an appointment on Saturday. The price was excellent and the final product was better than I expected. I expected great, turned out to be flawless! I cant recommend Mr. Cool enough.

He has tinted my last 5 cars. Always does a great job. Lasted for the life of each car, never bubbled or peeled.

Called to have my store tinted, left a message. No one called back. Called the next day and again no one answered. First call was at 4:10pm and second call at 10:50am. just call some one reliable. Avoid.

I have had 3 of my cars tinted at mister cool, but I guess that stops now. I called to make an appointment (thats the only way since no one is in the shop when you go there). I left a detailed message and never received a call back. I guess mister cool doesnt have time for the people who helped support his business through the struggling years. He must be making so much money from commercial jobs now, that car tinting is beneath him. Such a shame to see talent turn into snobbery. Before this, I recommended this business to everyone who would ask and now I recommend against it! NEVER FORGET THE GOLDEN RULE - TAKE CARE OF WHAT TAKES CARE OF YOU!

Highly recommended! Sitting in the Mr. Cool showroom getting my 11th car tinted. He also put film on the windows at my home. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and great service.I can tell a huge difference in the temperature of my house, and my electric bill has been about $50-$100 lower in the summer months since I got my windows done.

Since 1998 I know Mr Cool and almost every two years bring my cars for windows treatment tint glass. Additional to my house windows. I save a lot money in electricity that you dont have any idea. I recommended his work and professionalism 100%. His work is the best in Jacksonville FL.

I cannot speak on the service or quality my rating is solely based on the price I was quoted. $340 is insane for a 4 door sedan. That is $80-$100 more than 4 of the competitors in the area! Sheesh!
