Lyle (Sales Rep) was clear about the services that would be performed based on my request and made sure the crew knew what I was looking to accomplish. Ray and his crew did an exceptional job removing a very large oak tree from over my duplex and were all very professional. They not only removed that tree, but they trimmed and canopied another oak tree and removed all the debris. Highly recommend Ray and his guys!

Paid $250 for 5 palms to be trimmed. They trimmed only 1 tree. Tried to get them to return for the other 4 but they refuse. Multiple texts to the owner have been ignored and phone calls not returned. Maybe they should change the name to “Shady” Tree Service.

They did a great job. Actually this is the second time we’ve used them. Very professional crew. They cleaned up behind themselves as well. We plan on using them for the next tree and clearing job.

Horrible!!! Scheduled a few weeks out for tree removal a few weeks out. The day came they were supposed to show up, didnt hear a word from them. I called and texted, they said they should be out between 11-1. They said they would call back after they find out where they are at. Never call back, never answer the phone. I left voicemails and texted. No contact back. Absolutely horrible customer service. I moved work around for this. The least they could do is call and let us know what is going on.

This was our first time using this tree service. We had to have some rather large trees cut down. We were so impressed with the quality of work. Their crew was courteous and professional. Theyre guys asked us several times as they neared completion if we were happy with the job. They left our property as if they had never been there. The cleanup was excellent. We would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

The crew of Advanced showed up a bit early and went straight to work. If you have big trees, these are the guys to call! They have all the equipment necessary. I have 2 HUGE oaks and they trimmed them back away from the house and they look completely natural... not choppy. The crewdid not clean up everything and I am having a difficult time contacting them. They left a pile of logs on my neighbors property which they sid they would pick up 3 days ago. They will not answer my calls. Very upset.

One word: WOW!!!Kathy is the contact person. She will txt you to get your address for an IMMEDIATE quote. She literally came out within 24 hours for a legitimate quote.Her husband and crew came out 48 hours later (4th of July weekend) with professional equipment to get the job done right the first time. Trust me, call them and it’ll be the best decision you’ll make this year!

Within the last two months I was given a full day quote for numerous tree removal and lower limb trimming by Katherine Marrero. I had Approximately 15 very large trees removed by Advanced Tree and Landscape just prior to the last big storm. Oaks mainly, a few grand Pines were removed with extreme care. The stumps on most of the trees were ground down to below the surface, leaving the areas where the trees were cleaned and cleared with a light spreading of the removed trees mulch.Due to this past years drought during the early Spring, I lost some of my beautiful Live Oaks. sadly some were immense, however some large stumps were not ground due to the location of other healthy nearby trees I will leave some photographs. All others were grounded level with the ground. I chose the day rate offered to me at time of the quote. On the following Monday I scheduled the removal. From 9AM to 6PM my property was removed of dead or dying trees. The Company was careful not to remove any trees or limbs unaffected by nature’s drought.At least two large trucks were filled with tree debris by large cranes, etc. Approximately four to five men work the full day. My property was left in pristine shape, lower limbs of other large trees were shaped into beautiful arches driving onto the property. I could not be more impressed with the service. It was concluded within the 1 day quoted time. I will be hiring this company in the near future.

Jose was very professional, clearly communicated details of work that would be done, the crew was respectful,and left the area cleaner than they found it,tree work was amazing to watch! (Will use again and will refer to my friends and family! )

Stay far away! They show up acting professional but unfortunately its very far from the truth. Look elsewhere for tree service needs!

I worked for this Company was not a fan of the kind of work but still went out and tried my best and we got the job done then the boss Jose never paid me for my work for that day him and his wife ignored my phone calls and text messages when I thought they were nice people and had nothing but respect for them just wanted my money I worked hard for and it never happened very sad I was not compensated for trying to help the company and working hard for them.

Will never use these people again we use him the 1st time everything was good then a few months later we use them for the second phase and it was Terrible he comes up to the door and says ok we cant to the one tree at all like we agree about top it off with the two others I was like ok well then he said i will get it done in one day instead of two that was on the contract i was like ok so he started and it was getting closer for me to go to work so i gave them my cc information so they could charge when there done with job well he gave me a bunch of excuses about why the job not done let me add they charge my cc and took a cashiers check then two months go by with a bunch of excuses again no call back nothing so I will never use Advanced tree again they left all my tree in my yard and across the street houes
