My wife and I signed up for the flat fee MLS listing for our home. We debated on using a full service listing service with another company but in the end were very glad we used Your Choice Real Estate. Our home was shown just like any other home using the automated showing system most realtors use for notification. The biggest difference is that we were responsible for coordinating the showing. It was all done remotely so it wasnt a big deal. We saved thousands of dollars going this route!!

Experience with their property management was a nightmare. Multiple service calls with no receipts, and multiple times for the same problems. Likely to lose money utilizing their property management services. If I could rate on a different scale, I would rate them a -5 Stars.
