As someone who frequently is buying/selling online this place is by far the BEST mail outlet. The ladies who run it are always kind and put you ahead of anything they are doing not making you wait on them. Also, it’s way cheaper than the other local mail stores! Even Amazon returns are for free!

Just popped in to send a fax. Received prompt and friendly service. Received a great price for the number of pages I had to send.Around the small customer area were a few local goodies for sale like t-shirts, magnets, gift packaging items and even some Easter decorations. A basket full of children’s toys and books was on the floor for kids that might come in with mom or dad. A community board with a lot of business cards is on one wall and opposite of that was a small selection of greeting cards. They also have two internet access stations with a mini fridge in between.Very nice locally owned place that seemed to be customer focused. I received an update on the page number my fax was on a few times. I thought this was a nice touch compared to the big name places.The only thing I could say needed to change is the A/C. It was extremely warm but I could see the back door open so I presume turning off the A/C was for a specific purpose. I knew I wouldn’t be there long enough to care but I hope the ladies working didn’t always have to deal with that heat. :-)

First rate customer service, they have shipped many times for me and I have never had any problems with anything I have shipped through them. They have been friendly and helpful every time i have gone to their store. in the 4 plus years since I started using their services I have only used other shipping centers a handful of times, I regretted it almost every time.So, Friendly, professional and personable describes the staff there. And I have yet to come up with a shipping request or need that they couldnt handle.

These ladies are a welcoming, smiling example of customer service. I came in with a package 15 minutes before they closed and they got right to work advising me on options and getting the job done. I was the one looking at my watch, not her. They told me exactly where to drop it off to catch the last Orange Park pick up. As this was for my husbands job, he was very appreciative as well. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to seeing you in the future.

The ladies inside are amazing! Theyre flexible with the mailboxes and they text you when you have a lot of mail. Definitely would recommend this place if you needed a mailing address!

I have been using mail services for years - i love this shop! i have never had an issue, the staff is knowledgeable & courteous. I stop in constantly, because i hate waiting in line at the post office & the ladies are always so friendly! I drop off packages regularly & have used their notary service. Great location right off 17 - so convenient!

This shop by far is the best pack and ship in Orange Park. They always greet you with a smile, and tackle whatever you throw at them. No matter what the service USPS, FEDEX or UPS. I bring packages to them that are considered nightmares and they have never ceased to amaze. Please keep up the good work!

So helpful and very friendly! Took care of my fedex shipping easily and quickly! I wasnt able to print my shipping label from home. So the lady had me email it to her store and she printed it for me. Slapped the shipping label on my box, and it was picked up that day. My package made it to the destination in two days. Although the two days part is probably thanks to the fedex drivers, but point is my package made it to the destination. Thumbs up!

They really go out of their way to HELP you as the customer-Thats Important! Mail Services even has a kiddy play area to entertain the little ones while handling business!
